Ooh, thats a hard question! I am not really sure what to expect so I dont think I can give any good advice 🙂 I would guess, though, it really depends on your characters as of dramatic/action packed proposal or calm/sweet one! I would also guess there would be a lot of emotion in that scene. Hope that helps!

Me toooooo!! I think I am a sucker for the sort of characters I was describing. Well, just the redemptive arch in general. But no one in my family likes Thorin but I’m always like “Yes, he sucked at the beginning, I can agree on that, but he turns and ends of dying to saving everyone!”

One thing I noticed was that it was really hard to tell that it was a dream. If you weren’t looking close enough, you would have missed it. So since it’s a dream, you might want to make it more obvious. But I liked your story! It was good!
