@Daeus I love it. Nothing really to complain of that I can see. I do think the picture of the man is a little fuzzy, but that may be just the distraction of all the watermarks and such on the cover. I love the crossed axe and sword. Overall, I find it very eye-catching and engaging.

@Daeus heyyyy, I actually really like that. There’s a lot more for the brain to process there; it’s vastly more interesting. The only thing I can think might help with setting the genre a bit more obviously is a sword somewhere in the design… it doesn’t have to be in the actual picture, but maybe in the border… just a sword-shape. You could…[Read more]

@S-G-Dewey welcome to the bestistest place on the internet! *squeals* I said it first guys!
*ahem* Yes. Hello. Very pleased to make your acquaintance, Daughter of Eve. Even if your mum’s name isn’t Helen. And even if you are in fact human. 😉 I assume you write primarily fantasy? What’s your favorite thing about writing, if you can pick just…[Read more]

I would tend to agree with @Daeus and @Mark-Kamibaya, though again I’ll disqualify myself by confessing I really haven’t given this much thought. It does seem to be a question of belief in God’s sovereignty though.
There is also this verse—
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who…

But if that is the case, then at what point in history did the crossover happen? At what point did salvation by the faith of the patriarchs become “not enough”?
@His-Instrument when the Messiah came and they rejected Him. The justification of faith was not only faith that God exists and is powerful, but faith that God would keep His promise and…[Read more]

I like Silver Spark or Silver Flame…all the names are cool, really, but I like the meaning and things you could do with Spark/Flame. I really like Dimwood too, but that might be a bit long for a name.

I haven’t seen the movie in a while, so I don’t remember that much of the plot. XD I just remember that they strayed from the books and that always makes me mad. 😛 And yes about Klaus not having glasses! That was SO annoying. Which is your favorite book in the series? -
Kate Flournoy replied to the topic A Name For Rodyn in the forum Characters 9 years, 4 months ago
@Ethryndal I like the Dimwood ones, both Spark and Flame… maybe the bad guys could call him spark in a derogatory way, and the good guys could call him flame because to them he is the flame?
Love all the character development and symbolism you’re incorporating here, btw. 😉

I’m Ravenclaw. 🙂 I took the test on Pottermore (the best one out there; you can also find out your wand type and your Patronus). 😉
The movies are very, VERY well done, but, of course, the books are better (movies never can beat books, though they’ve tried many times and even come close). 😀
