“I will forgive you.” Her gaze dropped to the glittering shards of glass still spewed about her feet. “I will forgive you for what you’re about to do.”
Wilbur gives him a dark look. “I can’t do that.” He waves his hand. “We’ve been gone for too long, we should get back to the others.” I had a feeling he was a believer as well.
…“I must find it!” She said as if to challenge the Empire itself.
There came Fastus on his ridiculous prancing unicorn and a look on his face that meant trouble.
Welp, there you have it. Not super long but hopefully the chapters will grow in time. And hey, at least I was on time tonight! 😉

Here’s chapter 2 of book 2 of the Daily Combined:
Camden sighed and waited until the one had finished beating up his cousin, then he addressed them both. “Once you’re done fighting, we have work to do.” Then, with the flick of her long, forked tongue, whispered, “They come.”
“Why don’t you just not free him, then?” He asks as he ties his belt around his waist.
“As if people actually like him, man. His life probably sucks.”
“Haha! So you went there with someone!” Calidus crowed with a mischievous grin, wiggling his eyebrows, “Who’s the unfortunate fellow, dear sister?”
Caira smiled, her cheeks turning a darker shade of pink. “Heh… you could say that.”
Wow, that turned out better than I expected. I’m so sorry once again and yes, chapter 3 will hopefully be released on time tonight!

Alright everyone, it’s finally time!!! I unfortunately did not get a whole lot of lines today so sorry it’s really short.
Chapter 1 of Book 2 of the Daily Combined:
“Gladly,” Ese said. “But what for?”
“Oh, you know that I’m always up for a party! Are any of you girls coming?” Penny says, taking a seat next to Adrianna. (I’m throwing my last line in here to try and bridge the gap between this sentence and the one after mine because it surprisingly fit well.)
“No, I will not, I am not going to that “peaceful meeting” and I am definitely not letting that tyrant marry my daughter simply for the sake of their being “peace” between our countries!”
Some things never change, do they? Newton thought grimly.
And… that’s all. We’re going to be adding on to this story every night until it gets what I deem as ‘full,’ m’kay friends?

No one’s 1st or 2nd drafts are publishable. That’s just a fact. Just focus on telling your story and working on motivating yourself. If you want to feel productive or get invested in your story again without directly working on it, you can try writing about the same characters or world, just in a different setting/genre/situation.
For example I got bored with my WIP so to get myself reinvested in my story I took my characters and plopped them in a coffee shop. I refound the joy that originated from my story. Maybe the same will happen for you.

Are you trying to convince the readers she’s suspicious? If so, you could always have a hidden motive or give your MC some sort of bitterness over the situation/victim.
