@rochellaine @dekreel *grin appears* Hello. *rest of self appears* I have arrived.
@dragon-snapper I saw you asking for an escape route from a sky scrapper surrounded by people who want to kill you. and you only have a staff.
I would hide. Kay Waters on the other side has a few ideas.
1. Disguise and blend in with the crowd. Pull the fire alarm.…[Read more] -

@dekreel Well… I can’t ride right now, because we haven’t found a place for me to ride since we moved. But I will be able to once we figure that out.
Thanks. -

@rochellaine I am a picky eater.
@dekreel No I don’t want your pickle.
Tada…
An Ode to a PickleO, pickle I am not going to eat you, you are too pickley for my tastes.
But poor pickle I am sorry I dropped you on the kitchen floor.
I didn’t think my brother would toss you at me.
But he did, and I missed catching you by a mile.
Now you will lie…[Read more] -

Well in my mind he gets turned back and forth regularly. 😛
Yes, tell me! Is it Anna?
Ditto! Just a fact, since I have to grin to vanish and appear, you don’t know what I’m actually thinking, cause I have to grin. Muh, ha, ha! And feline faces can be hard to read. :3 *swishes tail and grins* -

@dekreel *grins and slowly appears* That was very intriging! I was so sneaky you didn’t even notice you put me in there(I’m not in the starring list. Yeah! Cheshire Catwing! ;3)! [In case you were wondering I would probably have left Daniel as a frog. And ask how to turn someone into a frog, because I have a brother(he might actually enjoy being a…[Read more]

@Sam-Kowal ha! Well, remind me, and I will. ;P
And YES. Depth is everything. If you can boil your entire world down to a single deep, resonant core story/concept, so much the better for you. Hard to stress enough how important that is. Focus on what you have and make it so magical you don’t have to go look for other things to distract you.

Another question.
I was wondering what your thoughts were on talking and sharing about your novel before it’s published? If you’re planning to get published within the next few years, should your novel facts and characters and everything else go incognito?
For example, if I were to talk about my novel on my blog, would that be…[Read more]

@Joy excellent question. Someday I want to write a book on worldbuilding, but I’ll try to refrain from dumping the entire tome off on you right here. XD
The first thing, I think, is to realize that worldbuilding is not so much a list of facts about where your story takes place as it is a key— like the key on a map— to discovering why your…[Read more]
