In real life? Yes, because range is a huge advantage. Swords were historically a sidearm.

Yes, he’s in Celestiar.

Erm, we’ll say he’s around 32, take or leave a year, but his age is highly subject to change.

But yeah, he looks older than he is, and since all the other characters seem to be children or young adults, they could mistake him for being ‘old’ lol.

I’m not sure how he’d react to this.

And…I also didn’t mention Ellis’s eye color (although it can’t be too important.) His eyes are normally blue, except when he’s powered up by Conviction, in which case they glow green.

He can use his planet’s magic system, but I haven’t figured it out yet, so we’ll just say it’s not working in this dimension lol.

I was imagining a forest, probably only because that’s where the house was before. I didn’t specifically mention the surroundings in Ellis’s POV, so other people could change that if they want to. I did mention dirt though, so wherever Ellis landed has grass and soil.
