@adry_grace, Oh, neat! That sounds like a lot of fun. 🙂 For an English assignment one time, I had to listen the conversation of people I didn’t know and make it into a story. We went to an antique shop. It was so fascinating listening to conversations and writing them down (although it was hard to write fast enough 😉 ).

@rolena-hatfield, yes! Watching and listening to people is great for your writing…and not to mention fun. I’d love to just sit at a coffee shop for a couple hours and watch people coming in and out and listen to their conversations. 🙂

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. I think that lots of unbelievers think that Christians are fake. Of course, nobody’s perfect, but it’s just so incredibly sad when I see Christians who are conforming to the ways of the world, even competing with each other. I want to say, “People, this is the body of CHRIST!” Don’t get me wrong–I’ve fallen…[Read more]

Thanks, Greta!
Exactly. And it’s so tragic because when people in the world see Christians who aren’t sincere, it drives them away from the gospel. You know?-

Hey @sarah-h I noticed that you get on KP in my late afternoon, would you be interested in writing together for some time? We could set a time and do it once a week if you want??? 🙂

This is a beautiful poem, Sarah! So true. Many Christians don’t really want to follow Christ; they just want to ticket to Heaven. It’s really sad, and it’s such an easy trap to fall into. Thanks so much for sharing this with us!

Don’t stress about an outline. However, it helps me if I basically know where the story’s going before I begin writing. 🙂

Your game sounds like a story I tried to write. It was an attempt to do a fairy tale spin off by putting Snow White, Cinderella, Belle, Sleeping Beauty and Rapunzel all in the same book as sisters. Their parents left on a journey and their evil uncle tried to take over the throne.
@rolena-hatfield, Ooo, that’s a great story idea! 🙂 That would…[Read more]
