I did find something called the Youth Act, but while it had a lot of instructions for foster organizations, it didn’t seem to have any for a kid who has no parents left.

I think it’s a viable idea to make another website. I still think it would not be ideal, since we have so much history here and I’m assuming it would be difficult to move everything.
