Yeah, you had to fill out a form with your account information and then they were supposed to send you an email in a few days I think with your password and how to navigate the forum. It took her a couple weeks to send me my confirmation email and login information.

My only fear would be that it would slowly lose momentum and people who want to stay up on posting and moderating it and it would just fade away like KP and even SE has.

And I wanted to let you know, I talked to someone who’s done publishing through Amazon and she says that you an get replacement copies if they mess up the formatting and send out the messed up books to people.   and wellllllll Amazon messed up the formatting for the actual document, so a replacement would (first come out of my pocket, Amazon doesn’t pay for replacements) but would be just as messed up anyhow simply bc the document itself was messed up because I didn’t know that Amazon’s paid…[Read more]

Ok, interesting! Yeah, that does answer my question! 😊 I’ve considered self-publishing, but I think I’m gonna go with traditional. At least that’s what I’ve been thinking about and drawn to lately. Your reasoning totally makes sense though! <3

No girl, I love it! I think the key to writing chaotic scenes is pacing. Like if you have a lot of long sentences people are going to get confused, but in your case, you stuck to shorter/mid-length sentences and sprinkled in only a few long ones. It worked really well 👌
