I’ll most likely be working on my current crime novel, because right now I only have like 2k words and I really need to jumpstart it (or at least get more of it done than I have now if I wanna finish it on time) and probably some short stories here or there. How many books is your series going to be?

@mineralizedwritings Thank you! Yeah, it’s a pretty intense creative writing class at my school, so I’m a little nervous (because of time management), but I’m also really excited to get started.

@joy-caroline I usually write from beginning to end of a book unless there’s a pressing scene I wanna write, though those scenes aren’t necessarily in chronological order. It just gives me a better sense of progression than jumping around, though ofc you’re free to do whatever you want.

@microphage6032 It’s about a guy who’s brother becomes a serial killer so he goes out to find him, but the only problem is everyone thinks he’s his brother. A retelling of the prodigal son, Cain and Abel, etc. It’s set on a different planet and there’s some things here and there but otherwise not too many sci-fi elements in it.
