Argh, Suicide attempts!!!!!!!!! Good grief. @daeus Relax, relax, relax. I was having a nice holiday from my doctor duties. 🙂 *writes prescription* No using knives; no drinking poison; no dying attempts.
@kate-flournoy My suggestion is not to say things like that. *wags finger at you.*

@Christi-Eaton well, Madame Thenardier should be easy anyway. All you have to do is throw things. 😀
Thanks anyway @Aratrea— and definitely read Les Mis. Don’t tell @Daeus, but I like it better than The Count of Monte Cristo and that’s saying a lot. 😉

Oh wow @Daeus, really… I’m glad I asked. Here’s my question though. How can the author who wrote Les Miserables write anything either soulless or themeless????? How is that even physically possible?? Grrrrrr… classical authors are so contradictory. 🙁
Yes @Christi-Eaton, Les Mis is definitely one of my favorites. But… uh… Madame…[Read more]

Hey guys, has anyone on here read The Hunchback of Notre Dame, by Victor Hugo? I haven’t, but I’m loving Les Miserables to BITS and I’ve been wanting to read it. I thought I’d get others’ opinions before I do, though, because unfortunately I’ve learned that classical authors can write inspiring masterpieces AND complete junk. :/

@Christi-Eaton Hmm, book reviews. What about…what is the first Mark Of The Lion book called? A Voice in the Wind? Is that a good book for a book review?

@winter-rose I’m honored to have you beside me. *raises battle cry*
😀 October is a great time to plan! I just know I’m scatterbrained so, starting early seemed like it would be a good idea. Plus my cousin sent me a prompt. XD.
Really? My family uses “randomity” all the time… Probably because we’re super random.@adry_grace Ahh, yes. School.…[Read more]

@christi-eaton Lamplighters are the best! 😀 Except for The Hidden Hand and Prisoners of the Sea; I had problems with both of those. I actually wrote a critical review for the Hidden Hand if you’re ever interested in it. But most of them are awesome! And the Mysterious Benedict Society is the best non-Christian fiction I have EVER read. And…[Read more]

I didn’t really think it was that great, but I am so glad that you all liked it! 🙂 @corissa-maiden-of-praise, I used the internet for a little bit of information on…[Read more]

@Christi-Eaton It’s mainly the romance I was worried about, but if that’s not an issue, I’ll definitely read them. I really like novels about the Early Church, and I haven’t been able to find many.

@Bluejay and @christi-eaton So sorry I don’t like Alyss…as a dragon, we don’t like it when people hold themselves in higher regard than us. Alyss was master at that. In light of it, I told Flanagan to do something about it. 😉
I have not read any of Biggle’s books, though I’m always looking for new reads, so I’ll be sure to check that one out. Thanks! -

@Christi-Eaton Hmm, looks like I can reserve an ebook collection of it from my library, so I’ll give it a try.
