@ellette-giselle lol
I was thinking maybe it’s like an adventure story or a war story and they’re all excited about that. Your other ones from what I can tell are more missionary, persecution, or godly-romance stories, and most boys I know of aren’t super into that, especially the last one. But I don’t know.

all right, time to answer the questions:
Characters:
~Which character(s) did you find the most compelling/relatable/believable and why?
I think your protagonists were the best.
~ Were there any character that need to be more engaging? If so, how would be some good ways for me to do that?
I do agree with Hybridlore that since Fox was the…[Read more]

Melissa
“I goeth out of this tunnel… -eth” Mel wiggled the rest of the way out and retrieved her stick, which she had left by the burrow’s entrance. She looked the girl who had just appeared up and down with her flashlight.
“You talk funny. But I like your cape. I’m Mel.”

MelissaAs Mel followed the rabbit, it began picking up speed, and she found herself jogging to keep up with it.
There was something up ahead. A thin line across the path, reflecting silver in her flashlight beam. Mel slowed slightly, hopped over it, and continued running. Ahead, the rabbit turned suddenly right, and disappeared…[Read more]

Huntress
Felicity awkwardly took Sniper’s handshake before looking around at the maze. “We need to get out of here.”
“You can fly, right?” she addressed Soldier. “Could you maybe scout out a place we could take shelter for the night?”
He nodded and gave a salute before taking off, his powerful wings causing vortexes to appear in t…[Read more]

I honestly have no idea on what my views on this whole election thing are. But I didn’t see Rowan’s conversion to be like, fake or forced or whatever.
The example of that criminal on the cross in the Bible, that happened, so I mean why can’t this one? Y’know?

@ellette-giselle That makes sense.
I was surprised to find I liked it too!! It’s just a really satisfying end to this story somehow.

I love this ending!! I was worried with how dark it was looking, you were gonna leave it off on a less satisfying note. But the Fox journal was hopeful, and I honestly love how you time-skipped it into modern times. Which, interestingly, makes it seem more real to me, the fact that these places would still exist in the world we…[Read more]

Felicity
Felicity hesitantly took the scaley handshake. For the moment, she was at a loss for words. She took a few steps back and looked around at the maze walls that still surrounded them.
“I need… we need to get out of here.” She eyed each of her companions carefully, pausing a moment to look at Huntress’ stripes. Before, she had…[Read more]

yeah, well that’s reality for ya.
is it really though??
(this is a joke reply, not a genuine thing you need to spend a paragraph answering and wasting your time lol)
yeah, Leon has a rough time of it, poor guy. I’ve gone back and four on writing his backstory as like a short side story novella. We’ll see though.
