Thanks so much for taking the time to reply! I really appreciate your point of view on this. I can’t say I agree with everything 100%, but I definitely understand and support your viewpoint. It gave me a lot to think about!

NO. MATURE. RELATIONSHIPS. BETWEEN. CHILDREN. I have read about 2 books ever that had elementry/middle school relationships well written. I don’t care if in real life 12 year olds date. I don’t want to read about it.
TELL ME ABOUT IT. It’s insane how often you’ll find those in books and it’s really just ridiculous. 🥱…[Read more]

Lukas
Lukas chewed on his lips for a moment, resting his elbows on the bridge railing. The river gurgled by, providing fresh water for the fountain in the middle of the courtyard. He tried to get the words flowing as fast as this river, but nothing was coming to him. Whenever Lukas was…[Read more]

If you gave me a deadline, I’d be totally down for it! Sometimes I’m busy with school and whatnot, but if I have a deadline, I’ll be sure to get to it and give you some feedback!

Got another story for you! This is borrowed off my blog:
I was excited to meet who I’d been writing for for months, not just the editor-in-chief of the magazine, but also the readers. What I met was a dear sweet community of homeschooled teen girls who both read my work and were excited to write their own, were excited to be wives and moms to…[Read more]

LukasHe wiped his sweaty palms on his hands as Livia tucked her phone back into her pocket. “Then let’s change that! I can help you catch up on everything so people don’t think you feel off the face of the planet.” He cracked a lopsided smile.

Lukas
“No.”
Lukas ran his tongue over his lips. At least he got a clear answer. He had heard from his brothers before that girls would say they were fine when they actually weren’t. If Livia hadn’t answered that way, then that must mean she really wasn’t okay.
“Why?”
By Liv’s expression, that was definitely not t…[Read more]

1: love triangles. I find them incredibly unrealistic and often ridiculous.

2: no communication. The entire plot should not be able to be resolved with a 5 minute conversation. Like seriously. This may be a problem in real life, but do I want to real a full 300+ pages abo…

Hehe, thanks 😁😊
Lukas
Lukas watched as Livia played with water between her hands. He was captivated for only a moment before his eyes roved to her face. A listless, wandering look swam behind those bright blue pools.
Lukas knew it would be be easy for her with Xandro not being there–although that was good news for him. He…[Read more]
