Your game sounds like a story I tried to write. It was an attempt to do a fairy tale spin off by putting Snow White, Cinderella, Belle, Sleeping Beauty and Rapunzel all in the same book as sisters. Their parents left on a journey and their evil uncle tried to take over the throne.

I have just made the sad discovery that Kingdom Pen now has an age range/limit as part of some of their submissions guidelines. In under two months I will be twenty-one, and too old to submit short stories, or poems, or serial novels (not that I had any plans for the last one, but it’s worth mentioning) to Kingdom Pen, and I haven’t even started…[Read more]
