Which was your favorite book? Mine was always the first, but my siblings say that if I actually read (opposed to skimming so fast I miss half the scenes) Ember Falls that’ll change. I doubt it…

Anyway, my animals are complete animals in clothing that walk on two legs but often run (or lope) on four. I’m still figuring out how exactly armor and weaponry will work with this, but so far I haven’t had any real difficulties.

Thank you! I love some of those too, especially when it’s like Green Ember or Mistmantle Chronicles. These are physically just like normal animals here (besides the whole clothes, weapons thing), but are otherwise persons (if not human).

I just reread my response and realized it was pressent tense (English, *sigh*). My Dad went over to Spain for a several months to help a missionary family get settled, like close to twenty-five years ago, so something’s have probably changed. =] I have seen a bunch of pictures though, and seriously, those castles are beautiful.

Hmm, forgiveness character arcs. There aren’t a lot of well written ones that I’ve read, but The Viking Quest, Broken Bow by LaJoyce Martin, and Ben-Hur (although I highly recommend listening to the Focus on the Family audiobook instead of the actual book) were all good.
