I got 267, which is pretty much my normal count for 5 min. How did you go?
INFP Queen of the Kingdom commander of an army of origami cranes and a sabre from Babylon.
October 25, 2018 at 1:29 am #77457@seekjustice Well, as expected, I got only 159 words in. However, it does count as something. 🙂 Thanks for warring with me! I’ll look forward to doing some more in the future, and getting back up to speed where I can almost keep up with you. 😛
@valtmy Ok. Let me know when you do get a chance. I’d love to hear your opinion on it. 😉SeekJustice do you remember talking about The Mikado? I know you don’t like operas/operettas, but you’d probably enjoy reading the synopsis just for laughs, if you haven’t done so already.

October 25, 2018 at 1:31 am #77458Anything to keep you going on Daughter of Judas 😛
I believe I have read the synopsis before, or you’ve at least told me about it.

October 25, 2018 at 1:41 am #77459The Mikado is the one where flirting is made a capital offense but no one can be executed because the executioner himself is next in line to be executed, and he refuses to execute himself.
I’m sleepy, so goodnight. 🙂

October 25, 2018 at 1:42 am #77460Ah yes. I remember it now. Goodnight!
INFP Queen of the Kingdom commander of an army of origami cranes and a sabre from Babylon.
October 25, 2018 at 1:43 am #77461@seekjustice Proof that I’m sleepy: I had the word “executioner” all ready to write in the previous post, but I couldn’t think of the word “execute” to go along with it, so I sat with my eyes closed for several minutes trying to think of the synonym for “put to death” even though all I had to do was remember the different form of the word “executioner”.
"Sylvester - Sylvester!"
October 25, 2018 at 1:44 am #77462😛 I do things like that all the time. Sometimes, if I’m actually talking, I’ll just say a word, which may or may not have anything to do with it 😀

October 25, 2018 at 10:47 pm #77469@rochellaine @seekjustice @ariel-ashira @dekreel @valtmy I am here writing at last.
IMMA KAPEEFER! Til we're old and gray!
October 26, 2018 at 9:46 pm #77472@catwing Oh, I wish I hadn’t missed you! 🙁
@seekjustice @jenwriter17 @dekreel @valtmy Anyone here? I’m writing now."Sylvester - Sylvester!"
October 26, 2018 at 9:56 pm #77473Hello! I’d like to have a word war with you soon!
Have you seen the movie The Inn of the Sixth Happiness? I just finished reading a book about Gladys Aylward, who’s one of my very favourite missionaries and it mentioned an old movie about her, which I looked up. I’ve watched about five minutes and I’m already horrified.

October 26, 2018 at 10:06 pm #77474No, I haven’t, but I’ve heard of it and have no intention of ever watching it. I believe I read about it in a biography of Gladys Aylward and I think she herself was horrified when she heard what they had done to her story. Sounds like it even puts the term “highly fictionalized” to shame. 😛
You say “old” movie…what year would that be? I never looked it up because of the bad review it got in the book, so I don’t really know anything about it.
I’m currently rereading my Jonas story which you used for Stars and smiling my head off because it’s just so much fun. I’ll probably go read your version of it afterwards. 😉 And then I’ll probably want to go write some more Jonas stories.

October 26, 2018 at 10:12 pm #77475Hey guys! It’s finally the weekend (for me at least) so I have time to be here and write! 😀
October 26, 2018 at 10:27 pm #77476Good plan. I would be better off never knowing of its existence.
Its mostly a romance between Gladys and a half-Chinese half-Dutch (and yet so thoroughly white and American) colonel, Gladys with bobbed blonde hair (rather than long and black) and about two Asian actors. Its 1958, I believe, and no wonder she hated it.
I love your Jonas stories 😀
@valtmy hello!INFP Queen of the Kingdom commander of an army of origami cranes and a sabre from Babylon.
October 26, 2018 at 10:28 pm #77477@rochellaine I can’t be on right now; too busy at the moment…
@seekjustice @valtmy @ariel-ashira @alia @catwing @kaya-young @dekreelJust letting you all know that I’ll be leaving for a trip Sunday, so I probably won’t be on here really at all until Friday. You can still tag me for things if you’d like, and I’ll try to respond as soon as I can. 🙂
I'm a Kapeefer 'TIL WE'RE OLD AND GREY!
www.jennaterese.comOctober 26, 2018 at 10:40 pm #77478All right. Have fun on your trip 🙂
By the way, you use Scrivener right? I’m considering buying it but I don’t think there it supports Android… But what do you think about the software in general? 😛
As requested, I watched The Mikado last night. 😛
