@catwing 😛
Oh, oh, oh!!!! hahahaha!!!! I love them!! Thanks so much! I especially like the “step into the water and get electrocuted” one. 😉

July 22, 2018 at 8:35 pm #75438Okay 😀
Well, I didn’t necessarily write him to be likeable, but then again I didn’t write Zac to be likeable either and obviously he turned out like that.
I don’t know how I want people to feel about Kendall though. I mean…he has a rather immoral lifestyle…
But his case isn’t hopeless. He redeems himself.
😀 I can see that you got slightly off track 😛

July 22, 2018 at 8:41 pm #75439@rochellaine Thanks!
Yes, ditto on that.
@Seekjustice I can not submit my opinion on that matter because I have not read your book yet. *totally innocent grin* But I am sure whoever-character-who’s-name-I-forgot-because-he-died-so-who-could-that-be-it’s-not-like-you-kill-lots-of-your-characters is they are/will be a very nice character. ^.^ (Also I think this text/emoji face/thing is adorable)IMMA KAPEEFER! Til we're old and gray!
July 22, 2018 at 8:42 pm #75440@seekjustice Well, so does Justice, so, come on. 😛 And Chessy, like, for the first half of the book she is purposefully disobeying her father! That may not seem as bad as Kendall’s lifestyle, but I would say, remember that Honor your Parents is in the Ten Commandments, while Keep from being a Drunkard is not. 😮 Okay that’s not really a great argument to make, and I’m not saying that it is fine for Kendall to be drunk. 😛 I’m just saying that we don’t need to measure the characters only by which sins they commit and whether they repeat those sins. We need to measure them by the good they do too and their end result. The weight of sins don’t matter, just whether you ultimately trust God to wash the sins away. Anyway, Kendall and Waif’s relationship is beautiful, and Kendall’s end sacrifice made up for the times he acted like he didn’t care. (I hope he was a Christian. He could have been, since sinning doesn’t make you not a Christian. See how I argue for those I love? 😉 )
There, that was what I was intending to do in the last post, but I accidentally ranted instead. It’s your fault anyway, for saying no one cares for Kendall. *pouts*

July 22, 2018 at 8:45 pm #75441@catwing Yay!! A second vote for Kendall!! (Yes, that face thing is cute. 😛 )
@jenwriter17 Um, when you get a chance, could you come over here and cast your vote? For my side? Please?? @seekjustice says no one cares for Kendall! How could she say such a cruel thing? I care for Kendall. Don’t you? (If you don’t, go back and read Waif’s death again, and see if you don’t care then.)"Sylvester - Sylvester!"
July 22, 2018 at 8:55 pm #75442All right, all right! I give up. It just baffles me that everyone likes the characters I don’t like all that much and no one likes as much the ones that I adore. 😀
@catwing Well, hopefully we aren’t spoiling too much for you 🙂INFP Queen of the Kingdom commander of an army of origami cranes and a sabre from Babylon.
July 22, 2018 at 9:14 pm #75443@seekjustice Haha. 😛 Don’t worry, I like Quillon too. I just never feel the need to stand up for him since you adore him so much already.

July 22, 2018 at 9:21 pm #75444🙂
Currently my sister and I are trying to come up with plot twists for the second book. Have any ideas?
(My sister reckons you’ll all say “that Justice died instead of Zac” because “you’re all selfish people who love Zac and underappreciate Justice!”)
I’m pretty sure she’s joking.

July 22, 2018 at 9:32 pm #75445@seekjustice’s sister
Forgive me! 😛 Anyway, if Justice had died instead of Zac I’d probably like him way better than Zac. It’s this thing where I always go for the guy who doesn’t get the girl. I want Zac to get Chessy because she loves Justice, but if she loved Zac instead I’d want her with Justice, because I’d feel bad for Justice. That probably sounds really weird, doesn’t it? Hey, you who loves Justice so much, what do you think of my Cliff Robertson idea?
I do love Justice though. I just didn’t like him in the first book. But I love what your sister Chelsea did with him in the second book, since he’s more vulnerable and loveable.
Now, @seekjustice, plot twists? Let me see…I’ve been reading Stars lately, and can’t remember every detail of Empty right now. Give me a few minutes to review and I’ll get back to you. (Also, what does your sister think of a KP message directed to her, rather than simply about her? 😛 )

July 22, 2018 at 9:42 pm #75446She said, in reference to your first comment, that it was confusing, but I think she understands.
Neither of us are sure what you mean by Cliff Robertson.
All right, I’ll give you some time for review.
(She said it was very nice and that she likes being called SeekJustice’s sister)

July 22, 2018 at 9:56 pm #75447@seekjustice Oh my goodness! I’m so sorry. 😛 I actually meant Clint Eastwood, in reference to the pictures I was talking about with you earlier. However, I’ve never seen a single Clint Eastwood film, and I’m not sure that I’ve even seen any clips of him acting, so I only know him by sight, really. I constantly get his name mixed up with several other western actors and book cowboys, so I think that weird “Cliff Robertson” came from a compilation of several book characters and cowboy actors, the “Robertson” probably coming from my personal favorite non-singing western actor, Dale Robertson. 😛 Oh my goodness, I cannot believe I just did that. Haha!
So anyway, what I meant to say was, @seekjustice’s sister, Do you like my sort of imagination picture of Justice, or is he so different from yours that you hate it? (You should at least be happy that I picked such a famous and important actor to portray Justice. It shows that i do care about him. 😛 )

July 22, 2018 at 10:15 pm #75448@seekjustice Here are my ideas for plot twists.
Stasya could rescue Zac because he is big and strong and could just smash everyone that gets in their way as they’re escaping.
Sean Darcy could have a change of heart (brought on by Zac’s sacrifice) and tell everyone Zac isn’t Justice.
Jean could get all his gold that he kept in his mansion away from the banks and bribe everyone to let Zac escape before the execution.
Theresa could go crazy, try to break into the jail and kill Justice herself, rather than waiting, because she hates him so much, then realize that he’s Zac and not Justice, (she knows the difference because she was at the trial.)
Neva has a chain mail shirt that she lends to Zac so the blade of the guillotine doesn’t kill him, then she dresses as one of the guards and as Zac isn’t killed and the other guards are all surprised she knocks them all out and rescues Zac. The crowd will let them through because they will think it a miracle or be superstitious or something.
…okay, okay. I have some real actual plot twists, but these were more fun to think of. 😀 Give me a little more time. See, I had to take a break for family worship, so I haven’t gotten much review of Empty done yet. And I got distracted listening to Zac talk to Chessy, so…that’s where all the “rescue Zac” plot twists came from.

July 22, 2018 at 10:16 pm #75449I showed her the picture and the response was awkward giggling and then “I can’t imagine Justice looking like that…he looks like a cowboy”.

July 22, 2018 at 10:16 pm #75450@seekjustice and @seekjustice’s sister but you gotta be impressed with how many plot twists I came up with that Zac could be rescued in without Justice being killed in his place! Right? I was carefully keeping Justice out of it. 😉

July 22, 2018 at 10:23 pm #75451Some of those twists are actually quite inventive 🙂
That’s true, Justice would not be harmed in the making of any of those twists 😛
