Fortunately for me, by first and worst bits of writing were on physical paper, and I have long since thrown them in the trash, so they are gone forever.
Unless… what if they aren’t? Oh no, I have to track them down and personally see to it that they get destroyed!

📚 Appreciator of BooksWAIT! I remember more! When I was really little, I started writing basically a Green Ember rip-off. Total rip-off. I only wrote, like, a chapter. I think I gave up because I couldn’t figure out how one of the characters’ names was supposed to be spelled XD XD I actually remember frustratedly trying to figure out how to spell it in Nashville when I was, like, nine.
I remember there was an evil rabbit named Retonizer.

I never ever threw my writing away, no matter how bad it was….i have every single horrible story I ever wrote in a huge binder. I remember thinking the stories were good…and I recently read threw it again and wanted to burn it.
Another embarrasing scene for you:
. Jordan grabbed her arm again and yanked her over to him. He handed her a rope.
“Tie him up,” he said. His cold heartless voice made her shiver.
“Lilitu?” she asked in disbelief. “That wasn’t part of the plan!”
“I said,” Jordan said through gritted teeth, “tie him up, now!” Sef hesitated. How could she do what was asked of her? How could she do this to the one she loved? Used to love, she thought remorsefully. She stood there, unsure of what to do with herself. She looked from Lilitu, to Jordan, and back to Lilitu. Then a great blow smacked her on the back of her head. She had just enough time to turn around and see a shining blade in Jordan’s hands before she tumbled to the ground in a heap.
“What did you do?” Lilitu yelled, staring at the girl lying on the ground.
“She’s no longer your concern,” Jordan said sarcastically.
With that, he hit Lilitu with the flat of his blade across the head. Lilitu gasped in pain and fell to the floor.
From girlfriend to hostage, all in a matter of seconds, thought Jordan grimly as he tied Sef’s wrists together. And she doesn’t even know it yet! He chuckled to himself as he hoisted the limp girl over his left shoulder, uttering the spell of protection for his muscles. He hog-tied Lilitu and with a grunt he placed Lilitu on his right shoulder. When Sef had dropped the book, the pages had opened to the section on portals. Lucky me, thought Jordan as he whispered the incantation for the portal. A hissing sound overcame the room, and Jordan smiled in satisfaction as a swirling, churning portal appeared in the floorboards. Without hesitation, Jordan jumped in and vanished.
WHAT IS THIS????? THE WORST PART IS WHEN I WROTE THIS I SMILED IN SATISFACTION AND WAS LIKE “this is so good! I am amazing at writing in third person!”
um, no.
I want to burn this. I want to rip the pages apart and burn them and dance on the ashes.

“Or else what?” Jorryn challenges. Oh great. The last thing we need right now is for Jorryn to get cocky.
“Easy there, ‘spitfire’!” Gael mocks.
“It’s gonna be bad,” Liv assures us.
“You don’t know, do you?” Jorryn scoffs.
“That’s not important right now,” Gael jumps in. Yep, she definitely doesn’t know.
“We don’t even have powers!” I say. “This is Andromeda, not Harry Potter!”
“What’s Harry Potter?” Liv raises an eyebrow.
“Never mind,” I say. They really don’t understand a word I’m saying.
“And yes, you do have powers,” Liv says. She roughly grabs Jorryn’s wrist, turning it over to reveal a golden mark.
“That wasn’t there before…was it?” I say slowly. Jorryn’s face turns white…well not that it could; her face is purple, as is mine…but it goes paler.
“No,” she says. “What is this?” Then her eyes grow larger. She is staring at my face.
“What?” I ask.
“You have one too, on your cheek!” she cries.
“What does it mean?” I ask.
“It means, friends, that you,” Gael smiles cruelly, “Are the one and only..”
“Forgotten Ones,” Liv says.
WHY DID I THINK I WAS SO GOOD AT WRITING IN FIRST PERSON??? THIS IS TERRIBLE! AND SO CRINGE! AND WHY DID I EVER THINK THIS COULD GET PUBLISHED?!?!?!?!

LEFSE FOREVER!!!!!! <333Okay so a backstory-they are Andromedan, but they were kidnapped when they were little and taken to Earth. In this convulated version of a novel, I had it that all Andromedans had purple hair and yellow eyes. They lived a normal human life, etc.
But on Earth all Andromedans take the form of humans, and then the mc’s lost their memory. Now they accidentally found a portal back to Andromeda and so they got their memories back and now they realize they have powers.
That’s about it.
Really, really cliche and just confusing and terrible.
