@Daeus oooh, that’s more like it. I don’t think that one necessarily (because it gives away the ending) but that’s definitely a whole lot more dynamic and deep.

@daeus That definitely sounds intriguing.
September 19, 2017 at 3:55 pm #43899@daeus Ooh, I like that…although it is a little long. Of course, the title ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’ is long too. XD Maybe instead of ‘who’ you could say ‘that’….I don’t know…weird Snapper preferences.

September 19, 2017 at 4:30 pm #43903@dragon-snapper Yes, I like it too. Unfortunately, I find there’s a movie under that title and two novels. None of them seem popular at all, especially not the novels, but it would still be annoying if they showed up when someone searched for my book. I’m still keeping it in mind because if someone sees the title and goes “ooh”, that’s the most important thing, but I’d rather not have a title that already exists.

September 19, 2017 at 6:56 pm #43926@Daeus So far I agree with the general crowd. Those first three, eh…..not really feeling it.
However, The Man Who Came Back….
I hear an echo of that geeky squeal I give when something in a story is totally awesome.
(In comprehensible English: what Kate said. That’s more like it. I don’t think that one necessarily though.) 😛
*is probably geeking out about something*
September 19, 2017 at 6:58 pm #43927@Daeus Oh right, To Soar ON Eagles. It didn’t give me any Native American vibes till Kate mentioned it (thanks a lot Kate. XD) but I don’t think it’s the best one anyway. Yet.
September 19, 2017 at 7:26 pm #43932@emma-flournoy @kate-flournoy Time-travel symbols? Let’s see… A watch, gears, swirly portals, a glowing book, a clock face, distorted picture, etc… @daeus That helpful?

September 19, 2017 at 7:27 pm #43933@Catwing It would be if those were in his book… 😛 His time-travel element isn’t like that though…
September 19, 2017 at 7:53 pm #43942@graciegirl *sigh* I know. I’m so close.
@catwing Those are great symbols for a time travel cover, however, they don’t insert very naturally into a title. Except maybe gears.🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢
September 19, 2017 at 8:05 pm #43946@daeus *shrugs* Oh, well.

September 20, 2017 at 6:48 am #44102@DAEUS. What about that beyond-cool password the Watchers had amongst themselves? The gears of the world turn faster. Anything there?
September 20, 2017 at 7:06 am #44103@kate-flournoy Hmm. That might almost make one itself, actually. I’ll think about it some more. Thanks. 🙂

@daeus – the man who came back is definitely much better . . .
September 20, 2017 at 2:37 pm #44152After racking my brain, I managed to come up with another one.
“The battle of yesteryear”

September 20, 2017 at 3:32 pm #44166@Daeus ehh… not quite. It sounds like one of those really old, stuffy devotional books written for children in the Victorian era.
*kicks legs and scowls at her screen* I should really think of something helpful.
