      @abigail-m

Yup, it most certainly did!! Which is a good thing, because I missed chatting and I was hoping I would hear from you again soon!! Aww, thank you!! I’m just glad you’re back now!! 😀 😀 😀 YES, it totally has!! (By the way, I passed the 50K word count with one word above, and I could never have made so much progress without your encouragement and your telling me of NaNo to begin with!!! 🙂 So THANK YOU ONE THOUSAND TIMES OVER!!! Haha, I have so many ‘first drafts’, I so understand entirely XD Ooh, thank you for that lovely tip!! It’s very helpful and just what I need, so thank you!!

I’ll 100% take that into consideration with this, because I have such a tendency to delay writing and therefore never getting a single word in… *sigh* I can’t believe we’ve both done it (I mean, of course I can, but it’s just so amazing), and… I CHECKED YOUR NANO WORD COUNT AND OH MY WORD CONGRATULATIONS ON HITTING THE 50K WORD COUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *pulls out confetti* *gives chocolate* *pulls out streamers and throws them everywhere* I’m SO proud of you for that!!!!!!! YOU DID INCREDIBLE THIS NANOWRIMO AND I’M JUST SO HAPPY THAT, NOT ONLY ARE YOU MY KINGDOM PEN FRIEND, BUT YOU’RE MY NANOWRIMO FRIEND TOO!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 (Okay, okay, I know that was a lot of all-caps, but YOU TOTALLY DESERVE THEM!!!!!! THANK YOU for doing this with me and keeping me motivated the entire way through!!!!!!! I couldn’t have done this without you, so I and Fortitude thank you!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 )

Oooh, a surprise?! EEEEK, THAT LETTER SOUDS INCREDIBLE!! I just feel so ecstatic that I won my first-ever NaNoWriMo, and I feel even more ecstatic that I got to do my first NaNo with one of my very best friends of all time!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 WE TOTALLY DID IT!!! *high-fives*

OF COURSE, and YES, how could I possibly not have adored it?? Just the thought of not enjoying every line of that poem is impossible!! I remember reading it and thinking, “Oh my word this poet is so talented!!” and I felt so proud of you for writing it!! 😀 😀 *gasps* Aww!!! Still, just the fact that Mejia writes about him (whether or not it’s forthright), that’s THE MOST ADORABLE THING EVER!!! *Mejia objects, but I shake my head* Mejia, you can’t argue that it’s adorable.

Aww, thank you and it’s absolutely no problem!!! I’m just so happy that we’ve been able to motivate each other through NaNo and encourage each other on Kingdom Pen!!! I mean, I just feel so thankful to have such a special friend like you!!! You’re one of the most amazing people EVER and your posts have worked miracles for my story!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 Besides, all of your questions that you’ve asked has also been super beneficial because it’s helped me work out the small details (which I’m not good at), SO THANK YOU A THOUSAND AND ONE TIMES OVER for every single post!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha, thank you for understanding!!! 😀 😀 I will try to illustrate them once I get home, however, so hopefully it won’t be too long of a wait!! 😀 😀 I can’t wait to post them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *gasps* Aww, MEJIA!!! *goes to hug her but then hesitates* Eh, I’m not sure she’d like that XD *double gasps* FILIP SPOTS HER TRYING HER HAND AT ARCHERY AND OFFERS TO HELP HER?!?! Gosh, where do I even begin with how romantic and cute all of that is!!!!!!!!!! How did Mejia react? Did she accept his help or not? Wow, that’s so sweet of Filip to offer his help, and I can just imagine him teaching her how to use a bow and arrow. Whether or not it’s intended to be romantic, THAT’S JUST SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, not at all!! They’re honestly so intriguing and help give more depth to the world, if that makes sense. I love names in general, and all of your Russian names sound so positively interesting!!! Oooh, how fascinating!!! Isn’t it amusing to think about where certain names came from? Or plots of a story? I just LOVE that training method and I CANNOT WAIT to see it in TSW!!! I mean, that has to be so much fun to write about!! 😀 😀 😀 OH MY GOODNESS… THAT’S HOW MEJIA FINDS OUT?!?!?! THAT IS ABSOLUTELY, 100% ASTOUNDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean, it sounds so mysterious and full of tension, and when you said ransom/threat letter I got so interested!!!! That’s just such a (sad for Mejia) INCREDIBLE storyline!!!!!!! *infinite !’s* Wow, really? I think that’s a good thing, though!! Finding out the little details is VERY important because, honestly, it’s finding out the little details that save you from plot holes and add so much more depth to your story. I tend to outline those way later in my writing process XD (Do I even have a writing process? Sometimes it feels so messy…) Ooh, how interesting!! It sounds like such an amazing read!! Would you recommend it? I love how it was originally written in Russian, too!! 😀

Aww, THANK YOU!! Newton would be secretly over the moon if he knew you said that about him (I may have to tell him on my next trip to Aldova 😉 ) and I’m just so very ecstatic that you’ve fangirled over him and loved him as much as you have!!!! I never thought Newton was such a lovable character, SO THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! Yes, it was IMMENSELY helpful and it’s the perfect way to combine photographic memory and telekinesis (I was racking my brains trying to think of a romantic way to blend their powers but couldn’t think of anything, so thank you XD)!!! You’ve helped incredibly!!! 😀 😀

OH MY GOSH, YAY!!!!!!!! I mean, that’s such an astounding compliment that I honestly don’t know what to write!!!!!! Just knowing that someone cried over my writing… touches my heart!!! 😀 😀 😀 Thank you!!!! AHHH, YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY I  CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR ALL OF THAT!!!!!! And I also cannot thank you enough for complimenting Newton and Ruko’s relationship like that!!! 😀 😀 😀 Yes, Caira loves naming animals and scolds Newton when she finds out he hasn’t even named his raven companion, so Newton ponders that and then names Ruko. I still haven’t figured out why Newton names him ‘Ruko’, though. Again, I don’t rush to outline small details, so it remains a mystery XD

Awww, THANK YOU ABIGAIL!!!!!!!! Yes, Newton often tries to change his own mind by answering himself with Ruko XD Like how “Ruko” told him to confess to Caira XD *gasps* *gasps again* YES, THAT IS EXACTLY HOW THEIR INTERACTIONS GO!!! Ruko often sits there on a branch watching while Newton is panicking over his romantic feelings for Caira. That poor raven has to deal with so many of Newton’s meltdowns, and I can just envision Ruko at Newton’s wedding knowing all along that it would work out XD THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 Awww, thank you (that sounds terrible, I know)!! Yes, Deek isn’t the same after Alana’s death, and he often steals away from the group so that he can talk to her privately at her grave/read his diary entries to her. Aww, that means SO MUCH that you feel connected to Deek to care so much!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!! And yes, that’s exactly how it goes!!!

(Honestly, I’ve still tried to convince myself not to kill Alana purely because of how heartbroken Deek is for her) *gasps* NO, NOT IN THE SLIGHTEST!!! I mean, I seriously enjoy reading those so very much because it makes me smile to know you feel so connected to my characters!!! It’s not annoying at all, and honestly it makes me SO HAPPY when you do!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

Haha, it’s strange to think of Deek becoming an old man (again, I doubt he changes much), and it’s equally as strange to think of Newton and Caira someday being an old married couple XD Newton actually teases Caira about what things will be like whenever they’re old together. Ooh, I wonder what life would look like whenever Mejia and her band were old too? Gosh, that feels so nostalgic, I don’t want to think about them growing up!!! *sniffles* *hugs them all*

Aww, THANK YOU!!! I’m just so happy you like that idea because I’ve worried that the idea of a ‘camp’ might be strange or odd, so thank you a million times!!! 😀 😀 And I’m so happy you enjoy their brotherly dynamics—I thought it fit them very well:D Thank you!!! Yes, Newton’s future is much brighter than his past, that’s for certain. Secretly, his biggest dream has always been to have a wife and children and be happy, and that’s exactly what he gets, so he’s very thankful 🙂 Aww, thank you!!!!!! And the same to you!!!!! I mean, I have such relief knowing that everyone (except poor, poor Morio) is okay, because otherwise I couldn’t have handled not knowing!!! Just the thought of being kept in the dark about their futures is… *shudders* impossible!! *grins* Of course!! And YES, Mejia, it does!! XD *sighs of relief* That’s good to know they’re in safe hands!! Oooh, that sounds like an interesting scene!! Mind if I ask what it is? Don’t feel obligated to tell me though, if you don’t want!! 😀 😀

*grins wider than humanly possible* No problem!!! I’m just ecstatic that I made you feel happy!!!!!!!! AND THANK YOU, I’m so happy you thought it was a good proposal!!!!! *Newton nods in agreement* Aww, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for saying it’s… it’s OFF THE CHARTS?! Oh my goodness, that’s just the greatest compliment in the writer’s history of compliments!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Aww, thank you so very much!! Newton and Caira’s wedding is very elegant (Caira put a LOT of effort into it, whereas Newton just wanted to get married as soon as possible after he proposed). And Newton definitely worries about stuttering through his marriage vows, but he manages to say them, even though he has a little difficulty. And *grins* Caira also put major effort into her wedding dress (it was white and soft blue with diamonds), which Arya helped her with. So when Newton saw her down the aisle, he became love-struck with her all over again and was afraid he was going to faint because he couldn’t believe he was actually marrying Caira. Caira’s wedding dress is something I’ve considered illustrating, actually, because I can envision it so flawlessly 🙂

AWW, THIS WILL ALSO BE AN ALL-CAPS ZONE BECAUSE I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW WARM THAT MAKES ME FEEL IN LOWER-CASE WORDS!! OF COURSE!!!!! I’M SO ECSTATIC THAT I’M ABLE TO ENCOURAGE YOU IN ANY WAY!!!!! AND HOW COULD I NOT LOVE YOUR NOVEL?!?! IT’S A COMPLETE MASTERPIECE!!! AND YES YES YES YES YES *infinite yes’s* YOU TOTALLY HAVE A KNACK FOR ROMANTIC SCENES BECAUSE #1 Mejia and Filip have the cutest dynamics EVER, and #2 the confession, the proposal, the dance scene, the EVERYTHING IS SO HEARTWARMING AND ROMANTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES, OF COURSE I REMEMBER THEM FLAWLESSLY!!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 OH MY GOODNESS, THAT CONFESSION WAS THE GREATEST THING EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS SO ROMANTIC AND CUTE AND OH MY GOODNESS I LOVED MEJIA’S CONFLICTING FEELINGS AND FILIP’S OVERWHELMING CUTENESS AWKWARDNESS AND IT WAS JUST THE BEST!!! I mean, I started getting butterflies just reading it because of how hard I was fangirling over those two!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It wasn’t rough AT ALL!!!! It was AMAZING and I felt so honored and ecstatic to be reading it!!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

Aww, thank you so much! Haha, yes, Deek XD Very chaotic. And aww, yay!! Thank you!! Yes, Newton is usually gruff and extremely intelligent, but when it comes to romance, he has a tendency to fall apart and become hopelessly lost with what to do XD Caira’s the exact same way (minus the gruff part), so it takes them a while to confess their feelings XD Yay, thank you!!!!! I’m so ecstatic you think so!!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

Unfortunately, yes :((( Thank you so much!! It’s been a fun trip so far, and *clasps hands together* we have wi-fi, thankfully, so we can still chat!! 😀 😀 XD Oh my word, I think my head just got thrown for a loop. I was tempted to reply with the same type of thing, but I surrender XD Thank you so very much!!! I don’t know if you’re still on your trip, but if so, then I hope you’re having a fantastic trip as well!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀

Aww, of course!!! *gasps* YES, IT’S SUCH AN INCREDIBLE SCENE!!!!!! And that’s totally a scene that would be in a movie!!! I can just envision it so flawlessly in my head!!! 😀 😀 😀 And I can see why it would be your favorite scene:) Poor Filip!!!!! I feel SO HORRIBLE FOR HIM!!!!!!!! *gives him another hug* It’s okay, Filip, you have (and deserve) a happy ending 😀 Awww, YAY FILIP HAS FEELINGS FOR MEJIA AT THIS POINT!! And I just love that in-between stage for Mejia, questioning her feelings and wondering what’s what:D Gosh, I LOVE THAT SO VERY MUCH!!! 😀

Aww, thank you!!!!!!!!! You have too!!!!!!!!! <33333 And YAY, thank you!! I’m considering doing NaNo in July (I’m not sure if I will yet) and begin with an entirely new novel idea or re-write the first draft of Fortitude. That’s questionable, though. YES, IT’S BEEN ASTOUNDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

        Okay, item number 1,

        ……………………………….

        *Pause for effect*

        ……………………………………..

        CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY WON NANOWRIMO, HAVE AN ADDITIONAL FIFTY THOUSAND WORDS IN FORTITUDE, AND HAVE DONE MORE IN ONE MONTH THAN MOST PROFESSIONAL WRITERS DO IN A WHOLE YEAR OR EVEN A LIFETIME!!!!!! *THROWS THE CONFETTI* *BREAKS OUT THE CAKE AND CHOCOLATE AND ICE CREAM AND EVERYTHING REQUIRED FOR A PARTY* *WHIRLS THE NOISEMAKERS* *HANGS THE BANNER* *IGNITES THE FIREWORKS* Yesterday I saw your word count go from 49,128 to 49,551 AND THEN IT HIT 50,000 AND I PRACTICALLY JUMPED OUT OF MY CHAIR AND SHOUTING “YASSSSS!” (Actually I did say, “YASSS!” out loud) 😀 😀 😀 This is definitely a celebratory occasion!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! When I saw my bar hit 50k, I just stood there for a second in disbelief that I completed NaNoWriMo again XD YES! I”M SO GLAD THAT WE”RE BITH KP AND NANO FRIENDS AS WELL!!!!!! AND THANK YOU TOO FOR COMPETING IN NANOWRIMO WITH ME THIS MONTH, IT HAS BEEN AMAZING!!!!! TSW AND I, THANK YOU AS WELL!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀
(I’m going to post the letter and surprise after I write this post:)

Aw, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SAYING THAT!!! (I think I use my all caps button more than I use the actual keyboard XD ), I mean no seriously, you really don’t know how ecstatic that makes me that you loved the poem so much and that is just the best compliment in the entire WORLD!!! 😀 😀 😀 (And yes, it is pretty cute *ducks Mejia’s glare* Boy, if looks could kill… XD ).

I read this next paragraph here and was thinking, “ditto” the whole way through it!:) I mean number one (I use that line a lot huh?) I also am extremely thankful, you’re an extraordinarily amazing friend and your posts have been so helpful to TSW you have no idea!!! 😀 😀 😀 And a lot of your questions also made me look deeper at my overall plot and helped me with the big picture in my novel, (plus I absolutely love questions:) Thank you for every single one of your posts too!!! I’m always so excited to get them and I love chatting on KP so much about our writing, it is just so awesome!!! 😀 😀 😀 (That was three ‘so’s but I needed a ‘so’ in each of those lines XD ).

        Ooh, I can’t wait to see them!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀
Yep:) Filip saw Mejia and offered his help alright, it started a few days after Mejia lost her bet with Anton. She had taken her old bow and quiver that she used to practice with but had to give up as responsibilities had forced her to stick with her sword until a later time. And even now, when Mejia is trying to shoot the bow, she doesn’t have more than an hour, but she had to try anyway. She shoots two arrows that miss her target (two fallen trees roped together and stood up to make an ‘X’), entirely when Filip sees her. He hangs back for a moment as she fires and misses again, then walks over and asks if he can help as she nocks another arrow on the bow shelf. She removes the arrow and tapping it back into her quiver, she asks what he was there. He responds by saying that he was apparently being shrugged off and points out that she hadn’t put her fingers on the bowstring correctly. Mejia says to him to show her how she should put her fingers on it and she holds her bow up for him to reference. But when he tries to step closer to reach his hand out to show Mejia, she backs away and tells him that he could teach her just as well by telling her instead of showing. He retracts his hand, stepping back several feet, and tells her how to position her fingers on the bowstring, how far to pull her shoulders back, and how to aim the arrow. She misses the first time, and Filip says her aim was too high and explained the way an arrow will fly according to its aim. The second time she fired an arrow, it hit about fifteen inches above the bullseye. Mejia stood for a moment, shocked and Filip grinned as he saw the arrow planted deep in the wood. Was it a romantic scene? Ehhh… *tilts hand back and forth* so-so I think. Archery is the only thing Filip can do better than Mejia, weaponry-wise. But eventually, she gets better at it because of Filip’s advice:)

Ooh, yes! That is so amusing to think about! I mean, where did Puddleglum originate from in The Silver Chair? Did Clive Staples know someone like him? Or was he pure allegory? And where in the world did he get an awesome name like that from? Or how about Chewbacca from Star Wars? Or what about the plot twist in that- I could be here all day XD But yes, it is so interesting to think about, and when I think about it, it’s interesting about how many things in real life inspire little bits and pieces in my novel. Like the Destal village for example was inspired by Russian illustrations, an old paragraph I once wrote about a snowed-in wall, and my aunt’s neighborhood. XD The Koni I’da behavior, I base off of my own horse and Filip’s character came from a story I once read with a character that had at one point been cornered in a stall by a rearing horse. So yeah, it makes you wonder what experiences and memories the authors of your favorite books had that they wrote indirectly into their work:)
Oh yes, definitely:) Writing about that training method is so much fun, even more fun (and sort of cruel in the way that writers can be cruel) is the past Filip has with it. YES! That is how Mejia finds out!:) THANK YOU!!! 😀 😀 😀

I don’t really have much of a writing process either and it can get very messy XD So I understand 100% on that:)
Would I recommend War and Peace? Hmm, good question. Well, it’s one of those types of books that you’d find dusty on a shelf, next to an encyclopedia set, or on a high, out-of-the-way place in the classics section somewhere. Many people choose not to read it because of its complexity and size (tbh there are many things I don’t understand 100% myself), but it is a global classic and has been around since the mid-eighteen hundreds. You could define it perhaps as a form of historical fiction, but it really gets into the inside lives of the people and culture of that time era in Russia. Though it gets confusing, I like it because 1# I reading Russian stories, 2# it is interesting seeing all the dynamics, behaviors, and events that are all going on at once, (there are 580 characters and three MCs), #3 It’s blunt and honest about everything from events to actions to reactions, #4 though it doesn’t seem to have a specific plot, it follows the simple/complicated plotline of life and this helps me a lot with my own writing, 5# descriptions, 6# the Russian yet universal mindset helps with my own Russian characters. Other than that, I’m not sure what else to say about War and Peace since I’m only to the part about one of Kutusov’s battle campaigns against Bonaparte and a french village and the attack’s aftermath to the characters. I began reading it because it was Russian and because I had to know what was so great about it that it has been put on such a high pedestal. War and Peace spares no mercy when it comes to blunt descriptions, human reactions, and the like, but I still consider it a goldmine and is a book that a person would have to choose out of purely wanting to read it because of how long and deep it goes. So that’s my brief book report on it XD Sorry if that did not make any sense, but that is mostly all the came to mind about what I have read.

Yeah, I felt the same way about Mejia for a long time, since she acts coldly and gruff a majority of the time, I wasn’t sure about her lovability levels. But YESSS!!!!! NEWTON IS THE MOST LOVABLE CHARACTER EVER!!!!!! And if I had to choose only one character to fangirl over in the entire world, *points to Newton* you win Newton!!! *Remembers the rest of the Fortitude cast* actually, this is going to be tougher than I thought. 😀
And I just love that so much and think it is SO CUTE that Caira scolds Newton for not naming his Raven and Newton then names him Ruko:) That’s so sweet and I love how he has to deal with Newton’s meltdowns and panicking XD Aw, that is just the cutest/most amazing thing ever, (I bet if Ruko could talk, him and Deek sympathize with eacother about putting up with Newton’s romance troubles XD ), and I adore the name ‘Ruko’ 😀
Oh good! Because I love doing that:)

I thought so XD Deek just is not the type to change or grow old XD But I love that about him anyway:) Aw, that’s cute how Newton teases her about that and honestly I’ve never thought that far into the future about my charcters. It makes me too sad to think about anyway :'( Thence I just leave that part of their futures to the fact that they all lived to very old ages and let history be history I suppose, *sniffs* Yes, it’s sad to think about them growing up.

Oh no! The idea of a camp is not odd in the least!!! I mean I think it is so fantastic… no wait, I don’t think it is fantastic, I know it is!:) The whole aesthetic and setting and system of the camp is amazing!! 😀  And that is so adorable of Newton! Which makes me feel worse for him that his father always told him that was worthless and that no one could love him:'( *cries* that is so heartbreaking. But heartwarming that he gets exactly that in his future:) THAT IS JUST SO ADORABLE!!!!!

I don’t mind at all! The scene, well actually it was two scenes. One was when Mejia had gone back to the place where Morio had fallen after outrunning Artur’s guards and completely her quest in Destal, but found him gone because the others had already buried him, and said they didn’t know how long she would be gone. Then she shoved a cross into the earth over his grave and the others left, knowing that Mejia didn’t want them there. Anton left too even though he had to show something to Mejia, (it was the comrade stone that Mejia had given him and he had found it in Morio’s hand). ………So yes, a very heartbreaking scene to write. The other one was further back in the novel where Mejia and Filip were arguing over archery and Anton’s bet. And after they agreed to it and Mejia left, Filip reflected on his past with this competition and the connection it had with his father as Mejia walks back into the woods to un-tack two of the Koni I’da.

It was definitely off the charts!:)
Aw, I love how Caira put so much effort into planning the wedding and that it was elegent and that Newton on the other hand, just wanted to get married as soon as possible. *GASPS* That sounds like the most beautiful wedding dress ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Plus his reaction to it is just so sweet/awesome) You should definitely illustrate it!!! I’d love to see a picture of this dress, I mean it sounds so MAGNIFICENT!!!!!!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 (What did Newton wear? And Deek? I can imagine he wanted to wear his cloak, but Caira had other plans and he obliged her:) Ooh! Where was the wedding? In the forest or town or a church? AH! So many questions!:D ).

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SAYING ALL OF THAT!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 THAT MAKES ME HAPPIER THAN YOU I CAN EVEN IMAGINE YOU SAYING ALL THAT!!! And that is just the greatest compliment ever!!! I am literally over the moon about how much you liked the confession scene and I was so ecstatic seeing all of your comments, I mean it was like seeing a treeful of presents at Christmas! All of them made me smile longer than I thought was humanly possible and I was extremely ecstatic reading them!!!

AWWWWW!!!!!! I LOVE THAT!!!!! Newton is just the greatest ever how he is so gruff and intelligent and yet falls to pieces over his feelings for Caira and Caira too, how she is so conflicted about Newton;) THAT IS JUST SO SWEET/CUTE/COMPLETLY AND UTTERLY ADORABLE!!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀

I’m so glad to hear that your trip has been fun so far and *thumbs up* that’s great that you get wi-fi where you are, (I think wi-fi is my sworn enemy), XD even where I live, I only get wi-fi in certain places, *sigh*
XD What you said made me laugh, (but I seriously couldn’t help writing it XD ), though I don’t know if I’d even be able to repeat it:)
        Thank you! 😀

Thank you so much!!! Yes, while I felt horrible for Filip, it was a fun scene to write and shows Mejia’s less cold side when Artur leaves and she helps Filip as he is nearly unconcious from injury, (Filip, though ill, told Mejia that it was good to see her and tried not to show how terrible he felt). Oh yes, the in-bewteen stages for Mejia are the most fun:) Not for Mejia however… but for me? It’s a ton of fun:D Poor Mejia XD

Girl, I admire you even considering a NaNoWriMo so soon already. Though NaNo, I have discovered doesn’t help when you want to rewrite a thing, (I discovered that this month when I tried rewriting TSW but ended up with all new material). Just one thought though is that the reason NaNo is in Novemeber is because it frees time due to the cold weather, whearas even this month I had a lot of warm weather related work as well as NaNo. But that’s all just a thought and nothing more because NaNoWriMo can be any month:) I’m going to be setting this draft aside for a month now, (that’s what writers and founders recommend as best, to set it aside and come back to it after a month with a fresh set of eyes). The re-reading of the novel after a month is an extraordinary moment of cringing/crying over charcters/getting excited about the best scenes and all manners of things and emotions of such for the writing:) And it’s terrifying/awesome at the same time:) And if your planning on another NaNo with Fortitude, I have found that writing a second first draft of a novel is much easier than the first and helps dig even deeper into it:)
But anyway, enough of my rambling XD AND THANK YOU BEYOND WORDS FOR RACING NANO WITH ME AND BEING SUCH AN INCREDIBLE KP AND NANOWRIMO FRIEND!!!!!!!!

            @writerlexi1216 @nova21

Thank you so much for doing NaNoWriMo with me y’all. This is a letter I copied from the founder of NaNoWriMo, Chris Baty to all writers to have competed in this awesomely crazy month:)

            Dear Novelist,

Congratulations! It is my pleasure to inform you that you have officially done the incredible this month.

No matter how many words you wrote, you did an amazing thing. Through distractions and demands and family obligations, you forged ahead. Your willingness to go out on a creative limb, to stand up and reach an impossible goal, is an inspiring example to all of us.

For those of you who managed to write 50,000 this month, know that writing so much so quickly is a task that most professional writers would run from screaming. You have eaten the challenge for breakfast and cleaned your teeth with its bones. You are brave, talented, and brimming with the kind of loquacious storytelling skills that will serve you well in your new job as up-and-coming novelist.

And if you fell short of 50,000 but still wrote your heart out, I have a little secret to share: in the course of this great experiment in caffeine consumption, the goal of 50,000 words has been, shall we say, overemphasized. One of the things month-long noveling does is get your sense of scale all out of whack. This is done intentionally because anyone with a realistic sense of perspective wouldn’t try to write a novel in a month.

As the month ends, though, I feel it is my ethical responsibility to bring some perspective back into your life. So please listen closely: if you “only” wrote 15,000 words over the past four weeks, you invented fifty book pages of fiction. Those of you who made it to the 25,000-word point wrote eighty-three pages! In a month. Hello?

This is something to write home about. And in this letter home, you should include a few things. One of them being the fact that you chose to try. This may seem like a little thing – this trying – but it is not. You put your name out there for the world to see. You risked failure. And just by risking failure, you avoided it entirely.

Let me explain. You could have spent this month living your normal life. Instead, you agreed to do something ridiculous. You agreed to try and write more fiction in one month than most people do in a lifetime.

Many of you may not normally write fiction. Maybe you previously saw fiction as something other people write. But this month, you dared to say, “forget that. It’s my turn.” You stepped up to the plate. And there’s nothing more admirable in this whole world than someone willing to set for themselves the fearsome task of trying something big.

So be proud, writer. You’ve done a fantastic thing this month, and I salute you for it.

Now please do me a favor and go celebrate! And as you do, please accept my congratulations, and a thank you! On behalf of everyone who will eventually read and love your book. You’ve done a fantastic thing this month, writer, and I salute you for it.

            -Chris Baty.

                @abigail-m

OH MY GOODNESS, THANK YOU SO INCREDIBLY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAYAYAYAY, YOU JUST MADE ME SMILE SO HUGE AND I’M JUST OVER THE MOON THAT WE BOTH HIT 50K WORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You’ve made this one of the most memorable writing experiences EVER and I’M SO ECSTATIC THAT WE DID NANO TOGETHER and THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR MOTIVATION AND HELPING ME THROUGH THIS MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *THROWS CONFETTI* *LIGHTS FIREWORKS* *HIGH-FIVES* *EATS ICE CREAM* YAY, THANK YOU!!!!!! I got just SO ECSTATIC WHEN I SAW YOU HAD EXCEEDED YOUR WORD COUNT AND I JUST FELT SO PROUD AND I WAS INTERNALLY SCREAMING SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR INVITING ME TO DO WITH NANO WITH YOU, because even with all of the hardships, YOU’VE MADE THIS SO AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 *continues screaming* *hugs* *high-fives* *fangirls* *continues eating ice cream* *screams louder* (Wow, that was a lot of all-caps, huh? No matter. This occasion deserves them all!!)

Of COURSE!!!! (Yes, that is 100% me XD) Aww, yes I absolutely, positively did, and I would feel honored to read any more of your poems if you ever share any more!!! You even inspired me to try my hand at poetry as well (though I’m a huge novice at it), so THANK YOU!!! <3333333 Aww, Mejia you know it’s cute 😉 *also ducks* Or… maybe I should just stop talking now before Mejia challenges me?

Aww, thank you!!:) And no, I don’t think you do at all!! I have a few phrases that I use often as well, so no worries!! And double awww, that means more than all the good things in the world and warmed my heart to know you think I’m an amazing friend!! Gosh, that’s one of the most heartwarming things anyone has ever told me!! Right back at you, too 😉 Yes, me too!! There have been times where you’ve asked questions that I didn’t have the answer to, so you prompted me to outline more of the small details (as well as stay motivated), so THANK YOU for helping me with my novel!! (Oh, me too!! I could talk about writing forever, but I think I already drive my family nuts talking about it already, so I’d better not.)

Oh course!! And I know!!! Ever since we started chatting more in-depth about our novels in the Favorite Lines of Dialogue topic, I’ve felt so much better about my writing/more motivated and honestly look forward to every one of your posts/questions!!! (And, I mean, I fangirl excessively every time I hear more about TSW, so that totally helps too 😉 ) Also, I’m really happy to know that you enjoy chatting on here, because I was worried that my long posts might be annoying or something, so I appreciate that!! 🙂 XD Eh, I use ‘so’ a lot so much—Oops… Well, it’s a good word to use, isn’t it?:)

YES, definitely!!! 😀 😀 😀 Aww, I just love how Filip teaches Mejia archery, because that’s so romantic (even if it wasn’t written to be) and cute that she learns lessons from him. It helps their relationship feel even more heartwarming that they help each other through little things like that!!! 😀 OH MY GOODNESS, THAT IS SO INCREDIBLE, I mean, I can envision it flawlessy in my head!! This just made Mejia and Filip’s dynamics 1,000% cuter and I didn’t know that was possible!!!!!! And *gasps* when you wrote that about Filip reaching out to show Mejia and Mejia stepping back in objection, THAT IS JUST… I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO SAY OTHER THAN IT’S SO AMAZING AND FITS THEIR CHARACTERS SO WELL AND ALL OF THIS IS JUST SO ADORABLE!!!! I’m just dying to read this moment now!!!! 😀 😀 😀 That’s so incredible how Filip helps her in one of her weaker abilities (not that Mejia is weak, I just mean I think it’s so cute how he helps her become skilled in archery) because it honestly adds so much depth (and cuteness) to their relationship!! Even though it wasn’t a romantic scene, it’s still overly cute to me 😉 *Mejia approaches and I quickly change the subject*

YES, I know, right? I often ponder how things originated!! YES, all of those questions are EXACTLY what I think about!! Or sometimes I’ll even think, what did the first draft of (name) look like? How much changed during drafts?? Oooh, THAT’S SO INTERESTING!! Some of of my ideas (and characters) originate from illustrations too, so *high-fives* that’s so cool!! *gasps* I remember you mentioning that you had a horse and THAT IS JUST THE NEATEST THING EVER (aside from TSW, obviously 😉 ) oh my goodness I’ve always dreamed of having a horse!! What is his/her name? Oooh, seriously?! How interesting!! *tries super hard not to fangirl at the mention of Filip’s name*

Yes, exactly!! It’s neat to think about how certain parts of your story originated. Honestly, Caira is based off of myself mostly in so many areas. Evie was inspired by an illustration of a character I saw, I can’t remember where Deek came from, Alana was inspired by a cartoon character XD (believe it or not) (I guess watching cartoons when I was little benefited my writing, huh?) and Newton… where did Newton come from? I have no idea, haha. Oooh, I’d say so!! Yes… *sighs* writers are cruel, aren’t they? *Newton and Caira nod firmly* Sorry, you two. But that’s the job of being main characters, isn’t it? OF COURSE!!! Always feel free to share anything about your story, no matter how random, because honestly I’m ecstatic to hear anything about it!!! I’m definitely a #1 fan!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

Haha, my writing process is… not a process XD Usually, I outline the rough storyline and a few key moments, and once I begin writing, more ideas come, and by the time I’m entering into Act III, everything is messy XD I think I’m going to break from writing for a little while and organize my novel so that I can understand what’s going on XD Oh my goodness, THANK YOU for writing all of that for me!!! That was an incredible review, and yes, a Russian story sounds positively amazing!! *gasps* There are 580 characters?!?! *melts* Wow. That’s just so interesting about the storyline, and thank you for writing me that review!!!! <333 No, that made perfect sense!!! Thank you SO VERY much for telling me about it!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀

YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES—Okay, I’d better stop now. But YES, MEJIA IS SUCH A LOVABLE CHARACTER!!! I absolutely love her character and her gruff personality, and I feel so connected to her and OH MY WORD ALL OF YOUR CHARACTERS ARE SO CUTE *cough cough Anton cough cough* AND AMAZING AND 100,000,000% LOVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 If you can’t tell, I LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awww, YAY THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! Gosh, SERIOUSLY?!?!?! OH MY WORD, THANK YOU X 1,000 FOR SAYING THAT!!!!!!! I honestly never thought my characters would be so lovable to other people, so THANK YOU!!!!!!! *Caira blushes and softly murmurs a ‘thank you’, Deek grins and nods in agreement, Newton blinks in confusion, unsure of how to respond, and Alana is too busy baking a walnut cake to even hear the statement* Aww, thank you!! Caira can be quite bossy and is often scolding others for things (mostly Deek) XD Thank you so very much!!

Haha, yes, Ruko has to listen to Newton’s multiple meltdowns, and most of the time he’s perched on a twig watching Newton nervously pace back and forth. Yay, thank you!! Deek and Ruko are definitely Newton’s counselors for his romance issues (though it’s also amusing for Deek because Caira is his sister) XD Thank you SO much!!! And YES, PLEASE DO!!!!!!! I grin about a thousand miles wide every time you do because #1 you know my characters so well because everything you say is always 100% accurate, and #2 it feels so heartwarming to have such a devoted fan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha, yes, Deek doesn’t change one bit XD Thank you! And yes, it’s a sweet/romantic scene between them where Caira whispers to Newton, “We’ll always be together, won’t we?” Newton softly smiles and then says teasingly, “Of course we will. Even when I get old and cranky, and my hair turns gray, and I’ll probably have a staff, and you’ll have to take care of me.” Newton often references he and Caira’s futures, though:) For instance, before the confession, Newton accidentally calls Caira ‘Caira Rowne’, and he instantly starts blushing and profusely corrects himself. Poor Newton…

So yup, things like that. And I KNOW, it’s just… just… *sniffles* heartbreaking to even think about them getting old!! But that won’t take away from their pure cuteness/amazingness!!! 😀 😀 Ah, thank you SO very much!! I was hoping it wouldn’t seem odd for this story, so THANK YOU!! It’s mostly written about in Act II of the story, and then Caira has to leave to continue her journeys. Thank you so incredibly much, I’m glad you like the aesthetic!! Aww, thank you!! Yes, Newton’s childhood was… well, honestly Newton never really was a ‘child’ because he had to grow up/act like an adult at an unusually young age. That’s one reason why Newton is so hesitant and conflicted when he starts feeling more deeply for Caira, because he remembers his father telling him he was worthless and that he didn’t deserve love. But, of course, Caira helps break all of those walls he had put up and help him become less cold-hearted. Actually, most of Newton’s gruffness goes away entirely after he starts a romantic relationship with Caira, and he becomes a lot more gentle and compassionate—this is the biggest part of his redemption arc, honestly. But yes, he definitely gets all of his greatest wishes in his future 😉 THANK YOU!!!!! 😀

Ooooh, how INTERESTING!!! (Gosh, I positively ADORE the name Destal!!!) Oh my WORD, POOR MORIO!!!!!!!!!!! That’s just… *sniffles* *cries* HEARTBREAKING!!! But also I love it (sorry Morio)!!! I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing all of that is!!! You worded all of that beautifully, thank you for telling me about that!! Ugh, everything about your story is INCREDIBLE!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 Aww, thank you!! And yes, Caira put enormous effort into her wedding, and because Caira becomes frantic easily, it’s hard for her to settle on wedding preparations XD And yes, immediately after the proposal, Newton suggests that they host the wedding within the next couple of weeks, to which Caira scolds him and says she needs time to plan the ceremony.

*gasps* THANK YOU so very much!!! Caira LOVES wearing dresses (casual ones, mostly), and honestly she’s rarely seen without one (the complete opposite of Mejia XD), so she’s over the moon when she gets to find a wedding dress and add her own touches to it. I think seeing Caira in her wedding dress is one of the rare times when Deek actually cries, so it’s a very sweet moment for him as well:) Aw, thank you SO MUCH, I may try to illustrate it someday!! 😀 😀 😀 I’d like to find an image on Pinterest that’s similar to it… Thank you!!!!!!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 Hmm… for some reason, when I envision Newton and Caira’s wedding, I always think of Newton wearing white suit, though it could be a light gray. Deek would definitely wear a black suit (only for Caira’s sake because he hates wearing anything fancy) because black is his favorite color. And YES, Deek tried to get out of it, but Caira (as she often does) chided him, so he just rolled his eyes and obliged for her. The wedding was in a Nordan church, actually—possibly the same church where Newton got saved, so it holds a special place in his heart. Though… you did just give me an idea. A forest would be a very romantic place for a wedding, huh? Oooh, I may have to reconsider the church idea then!! 😀 😀 😀 I’m honestly just ecstatic that you ship them/like that they get married, so a huge THANK YOU!!! 😀 😀 😀 OF COURSE!!!!!!!! YOU NEVER NEED TO THANK ME FOR ANYTHING!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 AND YES, OF COURSE I ADORED THE CONFESSION AND THE PROPOSAL AND EVERYTHING IS JUST SO FANGIRL-WORTHY!!!!!!!! Abigail, you seriously have no idea how ecstatic I’m going to be when this novel is published!!!! 😀 Awww, that warms my heart to hear!!! *puts hand to heart* Thank you!!!

And double thank you!!!!!!!! Yes, Newton tries to act gruff, but in the end, he’s head over heels for Caira and he does fall to pieces over his feelings XD Honestly, Newton changes drastically after the confession—he isn’t as gruff anymore and instead learns to be more caring and open about his feelings. I’ve written so many Newton/Caira moments that it’s distracted me from writing on the main storyline XD And yes, Caira is VERY conflicted with her feelings about Newton, that’s for certain, which is why most of her diary entries around that time are messy and trying to convince herself she doesn’t love him. THANK YOU SO UTTERLY MUCH!!!!! I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW HEARTWARMING IT IS TO KNOW YOU THINK THEY’RE ADORABLE!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!! *eternal !’s* *internally screaming*

Thank you so much!! We’re coming back on Monday, unfortunately, but yes, we’ve had a nice camping trip!! The wi-fi isn’t always lovely at my house, but it works I suppose XD *sighs* Haha, I’m glad you did write it! I love mind-boggling things like that, and honestly that sounds EXACTLY like something Caira would say during one of her ramblings about facts and science, therefore confusing everyone else XD Of course! And YES, I love how it shows Mejia’s softer (is that the right word to use?) side, because it’s just adorable and heartbreaking and romantic all at the same time!!!!!!!!!!!! EEEEEEEK, I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! Awww, MY HEART MELTED when you said Filip told Mejia he was happy to see her… *sniffles* AWWW!!! Haha, I’d say that would be fun to write though frustrating for Mejia. Poor Mejia indeed XD

Thank you so much!! I still haven’t decided whether or not I’m going to, however, and if I did, I would lower the goal so I wouldn’t push myself so hard. One reason why I’m considering it is that my sister-in-law (she’s Elizabeth, actually 😀 ) is doing it, so I thought I’d join her. Yes, that makes total sense why it’s in November!! And that’s an extremely helpful tip, to set it aside and give it a break before returning with a new set of eyes. That’s precisely what I plan on doing with my novel.

XD That’s SO accurate!! And yes, I’m sure I’m going to be an emotional experience when I return to it, and cringing and crying will probably be heavily involved XD I do feel like I need to outline a bit more before moving on because my novel is such a mess and NEEDS organization badly, so I may not make my finish-the-novel-by-June goal, but *shrug* oh well. THANK YOU!! I actually have been considering starting a new novel entirely (I’ve had an idea floating around for a while), so that may help me avoid burnout, but who knows? And no, you aren’t rambling in the slightest!!

OF COURSE GIRL!!!! I’M BEYOND ECSTATIC THAT I SHARED MY FIRST NANOWRIMO WITH SUCH AN EPIC FRIEND!!!! AND AWWWW, THANK YOU SO INCREDIBLY MUCH!!!!!! Honestly, it’s just so heartwarming that somebody actually wants to be my friend!!! Thank you immensely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 YOU’RE AN ASTOUNDING FRIEND TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                        @abigail-m

Aww, yay!!! *joins you in watching the fireworks explode in clouds of colors, sighing in relief that we both finished NaNo and also munching on chocolate for therapy* I KNOW, THIS WAS THE MOST INCREDIBLE NANO EVER, AND YES WE ABSOLUTELY WROTE EVERY WORD OF THAT 50K WORD GOAL, AND WE BOTH HAVE SO MUCH MORE PROGRESS ON OUR NOVLES!!! YAY, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! While last month was hectic, it was also amazing because I wrote with one of my most amazing friends EVER!!! And haha, that’s exactly been me for the past three days… I wake up and think “I have to hit that word count!” before I remember it’s over, and YES, it’s good because I don’t have to feel stressed about writing so much/not falling behind. Aw, really? I’M SO HAPPY YOU DECIDED TO KEEP WRITING IT, because I don’t know what I’d do without TSW!!! :’( But I completely understand feeling “burned out” and hesitant to write for a while. And yes, bad because I miss feeling like I’m consistently making progress.

*gasps* YOU’RE WRITING A SHORT STORY ABOUT YOUR CHARACTERS??? OH MY WORD, TELL ME ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE THAT SOUNDS ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC!!!!!!!!!!!! *gasps one thousand times* OH. MY. GOODNESS!!! I ADORE THAT EXCERPT SO AMAZINGLY MUCH!!!!!! I mean, I love reading anything about Lila and Mejia, SO THIS WAS AMAZING, and all of your descriptions/overall writing style is so lovely!!! And… *gulps* I think my heart dropped when Mejia said ‘No idea’ in response to Lila’s question. *sniffles* *snatches box of tissues* *cries* That’s SO heartbreaking that nobody had ever celebrated the day she was born!!! I mean, THAT’S JUST TERRIBLE!!!!!! *whispers* I know she said she wouldn’t want a birthday, but I should try to get her a gift for all the birthdays she’s missed… Hmm, what would Mejia like as a birthday gift…? NO, IT’S NOT TOO LONG at all!!! I absolutely LOVED it, and I love reading long scenes just like I love to write them!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

*gulps* Heh, good question. I’m feeling super burned out of writing, if I’m being honest. I haven’t written since I exceeded the 50K word count for NaNo and have been feeling very exhausted and un-creative ever since. Don’t get me wrong, I’M SO THANKFUL I DID NANO BECAUSE IT HELPED MY NOVEL SO MUCH, but, unfortunately, all of that pushing-myself-for-thirty-days-straight wore me out for a while. And that’s good to know the founder of NaNo addresses that!! And YES, any advice would be beneficial/greatly appreciated!!! Especially from a former NaNo veteran like yourself!! 😉

YAYAY, THANK YOU!!! I’d just adore to read any more of your lovely poetry!!:D And yes, you absolutely did!! 😉 I haven’t written any complete poems really, but I’ve gotten more interested in it and may try my hand at it once school is over and summer is here 🙂 And then maybe you could critique it for me!! I’d also like to write poems for my novel, too:D Aww, thank you!!! I’ll learn from the very best 😉 And *gasps* oh, those tips are extremely helpful!! It’s good to know I can have freedom with it, and that joke made me laugh XD I’ve actually never heard it before!!:) I completely agree about the ‘practice’ thing, though!! Thank you!! (And no, you weren’t rambling at all!! That was SO helpful and encouraging to me, so thank you!!)

XD Of course!! Awwww, *sniffles* thank you:) That… That warms my heart to know you think that. Honestly, I’ve never really had ‘true friends’ before, and you’ve helped me stay motivated about my novel as well as helped me be encouraged about myself, too!! I’m just so thankful I found KP—all of you lovely writers have not only benefited my writing, but you’ve all helped me in my personal life, and to not be so shy and doubtful of my work. Anyways, all that to say… thank you:))) YES, you’ve definitely been able to help, and AWWWW THANK YOU!!!! Any questions are appreciated, and yes, I know I’ve driven my family nuts obsessing over writing. I don’t think I can have a normal conversation without involving writing XD So if you ever need a girl to talk about all of those things to, *raises hand* I’LL GLADLY LISTEN AND DISCUSS IT WITH YOU!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀

YES, I know!!! It’s been so beneficial to my writing, you’ll never know how much every post warms my heart and helps me further outline my novel!!:) And I honestly could cry at what you said!! I’m really happy to know they aren’t annoying, because I never want to be rude or ask too many questions or just be annoying at all, so I wanted to confirm:) Aww, thank you so very much!!! Yours are always such a bright spot in my day!! I’m always like “YAY Abigail posted!!” and then I quickly check my email ASAP 😀 😀 😀

Aww, of course!! And YES, I ABSOLUTELY ADORED THAT PART and I just—ugh, this is all so amazing I cannot even begin to describe how much I love TSW and how incredible all of this is!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 Awww, that’s just *checks whether or not Mejia is around* SO CUTE AND ADORABLE AND FANGIRL-WORTHY THAT SHE STARTS HAVING FEELINGS FOR FILIP!!! Is there any specific moment when she realizes she has feelings for him or is it gradual? And what about Filip for Mejia? Aw, that’s just adorable!! And yes, poor Filip indeed :’((( *gives him a—Wait. Filip does like hugs, right? Or would he prefer different?* *gives him a hug anyway*

I KNOW, right??? That’s so interesting to think about (and *gasps* you’re a fan of KotLC as well? Me too!) and I wonder if people will think the same things about our novels too!! 😀 😀 😀 Ooh, that sounds like an amazing book, and yes, ME TOO!!

*smiles* *melts* AWW, Dolly is just—I can’t—THE CUTEST NAME IN HISTORY!! That’s just so adorable and I ADORE the name SilverStar (no, that’s incredibly creative and fits the name ‘Dolly’ so well)!! Oh, poor Mejia!! That doesn’t sound enjoyable at all :(( WOW, I just love hearing about horses so much and I (and my sister) dream of having one someday!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 That’s so amazing!! Thanks, it’s interesting to think about!! Oooh, really?? XD

Yup, that’s Alana. And yes, unfortunately, that is the role of main characters in a novel… *Caira uses her telekinesis to hold me hostage and Newton pulls out his sword* Don’t worry, you two, you get a happy ending. Until then, you’ll have to suffer for the sake of the plot… It’s just for three books though. *sighs* I still don’t think they believe me. Aww, that’s so heartwarming to hear, because I was hoping it wasn’t boring or annoying every time I ramble about it!!! AND THE SAME TO YOU AS WELL!!! Aww, thank you!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 Oh, I have full faith in you that you’ll work it out!! If you ever need a friend to discuss things with (rambling is 110% welcome), I’m your girl!! *raises hand*

Haha, I’m not sure how great Caira and I are getting along at the moment, either. I think she’s about ready to pull a sword on me and demand on where the storyline is headed. (I’d better not tell her about her romance with Newton though—she’d NEVER EVER let me write the next books if she knew that 😀 ) YES, I do!! Aw, Anton is just SO adorable I could scream!! He’s very cute, and… can I just steal him for a while?? And the entire cast of your characters?? Aww, thank you SO much!! I’m ecstatic to know you think they’re adorable!! 😀 And haha, Alana would happily share some of her cake with you—there are tons of walnut trees around the camp, so while she’s hunting she’ll often pick them and use them for tasty desserts 😀

And YES, THAT IS EXACTLY DEEK. He often gets grossed out by Newton trying to understand how to be romantic with Caira XD Aw, that means so much to me!! And yes, that’s how most of their moments go, with Deek sitting there flatly while Newton falls apart… *sighs* Gosh, every time you say you fangirl over my story, I just FEEL SO ECSTATIC!!! And thank you!!!!! I’m SO GLAD you think it’s cute!!!!! And

*gasps* *smiles one thousand miles long* YES, HE ABSOLUTELY DOES!!!! OH MY WORD, THANK YOU SO AMAZINGLY MUCH!!!!! Yes (unfortunately for Newton) he accidentally lets it slip out, and when it does, he blushes and frantically corrects himself, though his stutter only makes it more noticeable. The scene was purely between Newton and Caira (which makes it more awkward yet cute), and Caira was in the middle of crossing a log and Newton was behind her. The two of them had been teasing each other for a while, and Newton smiles and says, “You’d better watch your step on that log bridge, Caira Rowne.” Immediately after that, Caira halts on the log, and her heart begins fluttering at the sound of her first name paired with Newton’s surname (this is when she’s started having feelings for him already). She turns around, raises an eyebrow, and says, “What did you call me…?” Newton starts blushing profusely, twiddling with his cloak (his nervous habit) and frantically correcting himself. By now, he’s terrified standing there, his heart fluttering from what he just said and his stutter getting worse. Caira is inwardly curious when he uses the name because she wonders if this implies Newton has romantic feelings for her, and much to Newton’s relief, she only grins and says, “Let’s keep moving.”

Later that night, Alana questions why she’s been smiling and blushing all evening, and Caira tells her what happened. Just like Deek helps Newton with romantic issues, Alana helps Caira, so the two of them talk about it and Caira admits (reluctantly) that she’s started feeling different about Newton. Anyways, that’s the rough draft of it, and it occurs in Book Two, so that’s going to be heartwarming to write:D THANK YOU SO MUCH OH MY WORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And aww, that is SUCH an amazing compliment for an author to know!! Thank you!! Unfortunately, Newton never had the chance to be a child—nearly from the time he was able to walk, he was working, and his father was never proud of him so he was constantly scolded and told that he was worthless. (You know, I actually thought about giving Newton a sister many times, and later in the story they would reunite after so many years of separation. I’m not sure if I’ll go through with that, however) Aww, thank you, and yes, he (and *counts* just about all of my characters) has had a hard life. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! Yup, Caira definitely helps him not be so cold-hearted anymore, and her soft heart and compassion sways him to change. (Well, she’s soft toward him MUCH later in the book, of course XD) Thank you SO VERY MUCH!!! I’M SO GLAD YOU LIKE HEARING ABOUT THEM because I was worried they may not be likable as a couple. And YES, IT MADE ABSOLUTE SENSE!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 Haha, thank you!

And yes, Caira is both frantic and falling to pieces/over the moon about her wedding. Yes, he did cry (one of the rare times)!! Deek and Caira had a private moment together before the wedding, and when he saw her in her wedding dress, he started fighting back tears and even told Caira that she looked like their mother (this is after Deek and Caira get their memory back). Deek hugs Caira and tells her that he’s proud to be her brother and that he’s happy to see her get married. Most of Deek’s cutest moments are when he’s with Caira, because even though he’d never confess it, he’s very protective of Caira and deeply loves her more than anyone else:)

AWWW, SERIOUSLY? YAY!!! And yes, Deek was the Best Man (begrudgingly), and Isla was Caira’s Maid of Honor. It would’ve been so heartwarming to have Alana be Caira’s Maid of Honor, but since that isn’t possible, the next best option would be Isla. Oh my goodness, YOU DID? How coincidental!! 😀 😀 And YES, that’s precisely how Deek acts—he isn’t a fan of elegant things or being fancy in general, so needless to stay, his hair doesn’t stay neat for very long. I have a feeling right after the ceremony he instantly wears his cloak again XD Aww, thank you!! WOW, THAT JUST WARMS MY HEART SO MUCH TO HEAR!!! I’m just SO ECSTATIC that you ship them and love their relationship!! 😀 Ah, yes, sadly. We came home today, but we had an enjoyable time together, and the first day of the trip was the day that I completed NaNo, actually!! 😀 😀 😀

Ooh, REALLY? Oh, yes, I’d love to read it!! (I still need to get those books, but I haven’t been to a bookstore in FOREVER) Haha, thank you!!! Caira has an odd character, honestly—she’s very studious and often says philosophical things that nobody understands, all while sipping a cup of coffee and (temporarily) wearing glasses only for the look of them XD Newton gets to the point where he realizes he’s never going to understand Caira’s theoretical ramblings, so he usually just shakes his head. Alana tries to comprehend it, but she ends up getting distracted to think about it too long. YES, THAT’S EXACTLY how it goes XDD Aww, I love seeing Mejia’s soft side, and I equally love seeing her gruff side as well!! She’s just incredible all-around!! 😀 😀 😀 Gosh, THAT’S SO CUTE!!! I remember hoping so badly that Mejia and Filip became a couple because I thought they sounded so adorable!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 Yep, NaNo had its hardships, that’s for certain (but good moments, too). I applaud you for completing NaNo TWICE!! THAT IS SUCH AN AMAZING ACCOMPLISHMENT AND I AM SO PROUD OF YOU FOR DOING IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *pulls out fireworks* *gives cookies* *throws streamers* We should do it again!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 Yes, I can completely agree with everything you said—while it was enjoyable, it was frustrating because most of what I was writing I hadn’t outlined yet, so I felt lost on the storyline. But I’m glad this time was easier for you—that gives me hope for my next time, too!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 Just, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DOING IT WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *high-fives*

And yes, she is!! 😀 Elizabeth is actually the one that introduced me to KP 🙂 Haha, I’m sure you’ll convince her someday 😉 My sister writes too, actually (and has published two novels already), so that’s SO neat!! 😀 😀 😀 Ahh, I’m sure it will!! OH. MY. WORD. THAT IS SUCH AN AMAZING SUGGESTION THANK YOU!!!!!! Gosh, that sounds like EXACTLY what I need to fall back in love with my novel. Thank you thank you thank you!!! 😀 😀 Oh, that’s a very helpful tip!! Thank you—I’m very happy for that piece of encouragement, because I felt so terrible about my first draft being such a mess/the storyline being un-outlined. So thank you!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO WRITE TO EXPRESS HOW MUCH THAT BENEFITED ME!! Yes, I’ve had my feelings of burnout, but I’ve tried outlining more of my novel and sadly realized I may have to delete some of what I wrote during NaNo. Anyways, THANK YOU!!! And *gasps one thousand times* OH MY GOODNESS, THAT IS SUCH AN AMAZING IDEA YES YES YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD ADORE IT IF WE COULD CO-WRITE TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST NANO EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! <333333333333 (Wow, I used a lot of !’s in this post, huh?)

                                  @writerlexi1216

Ooh YES!! Chocolate is definitely the best therapy for anything! XD No, not kidding here, chocolate is a necessity of survival, chocolate is no joking matter *digs up secret chocolate stash* *counts to make sure its all there* *WHEW!* *shares half and eats the other half* Good to take precautions; after a NaNoWriMo, a writer can get awful low on vitamin chocolate XD

Haha, yeah, five days and I think the feeling of “what’s my word count at?!” is starting to taper, (not entirely by any means), but it starting to and the short story helps as far as that is concerned:) Which brings me to the fact that I’m trying my very hardest to keep my finger off the all caps *struggles to keep finger on letters only* *loses* *wins* *loses* *wins* *an hour later*… I ended up having to remove it from the keyboard and sending it to Mars for a little while XD
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! *sighs* *apparently the martians on Mars sent it back*
I’m so glad you like my idea and the excerpt!! That is such an incredible compliment and made me smile when you said you thought that Mejia’s response made your heart drop because it always makes me 110% overjoyed when others feel connected and have sympathy for my characters!! So thank you thank you thank you for saying all of that!!! 😀 😀 😀 At one point, I considered giving Mejia, Lila’s birthday which is November sixteenth, in which Lila would offer to share her birthday with Mejia. I had also considered giving her what is now Anton’s which is January first. But I figured it might be better to let her birthday be a mystery for the time being, (though I don’t think she ever finds out really though).

Wait, tell you everything about it? You do realize that’s a dangerous request right? I’ll probably end up writing a really long post about it XD 🙂 Buuuuut, since you asked:

So provisionally I entitled it “Mejia’s Forgotton Days” because technically it happens during the novel, (after the cast is introduced), and tends to lean towards things that are drawn up from Mejia’s memory by the other characters. I am going to try and dig deeper into Mejia, Anton, Filip, Lila, and Morio’s day-to-day lives and things like that. All the stuff that wouldn’t be acceptable for the novel itself and who knows? Perhaps some of it will make its way into the actual novel anyway:)

I’ve written just over a thousand words so far and *pulls up doc to see what I last wrote* *grins because it’s partially ridiculous, but then again, Anton’s superstitions usually are 🙂 * the last thing I wrote is a scene where Mejia and Anton are sitting on a dried tree log as Mejia fits a pair of new leather strings on her boots that Anton had made her. He points out a dark-colored spot on her face and says that a person gets them by counting crows, then added that she probably didn’t believe him though. Mejia was caught off guard by Anton’s sudden medical report and wondered how in the world he could talk so scientifically about medicine and yet can give such outlandish explanations to such simple things. She tells him that he is right, she does not believe him. He shrugs since Mejia never took his ‘facts’ very seriously anyway…

I’m pretty sure this short story is going to have all the characters having one separate goal, one common goal, and one unexpected outcome. That way I can have the fun of making them all clash up against each other while nothing life-threatening is going on to hamper the comedic aspect of it, (something I saw done in an episode in one of my favorite tv series once and decided to revamp it a little and give it with a fresh aspect:)
Like for instance, the common goal is to find out where the Koni I’da has gone missing.
The separate goals would be -during the search- for Mejia: trying to recall some fading memories, Lila: to win the loyalty of a wounded nightjar that is fluttering around in a cave floor, Morio: to retrieve his most prized possession that had fallen into a hedgehog burrow, Filip: to find a gift for Mejia after Lila told him about her never having a birthday (hmm, maybe Filip and Lila will both have this goal, but get split up), Anton: to make a new staff for his mentor Dimitri.

They all bump against each other, sharing a common goal while distracted by their personal missions.

The unexpected outcome (spoiler here) is that all of them end up in Ivaski. Which is a small and closely-knit underground village (or colony, you could call them that too), that lives just under the main cave system. The small village was considered a myth and was said to be the original Ivatoust. But when some of the villagers stood against the majority to move above ground, they were left there as outcasts and dubbed as Ivaski.

And so all the characters end up there with their separate goals finally completed as they meet the strange underground people. It also turned out that that was where the Koni I’da happened to be… My favorite scene so far is when Filip finally gives Mejia the gift he had found for her 🙂

… I told you that that would be a long explanation XD I don’t know if anything will really come out of it except for the practice, and at least it’ll be a fun project to experiment with for now:)

I know exactly how you feel, I mean I LOVED doing NaNoWriMo!!! 😀 And it was amazing doing it together and making so much progress and it was a ton of fun!!! 😀 😀 😀 But at the same time, it wore me out (last year was even worse), so I know what it’s like to feel worn out and burned out… all around, the end of NaNoWriMo can be slightly depressing. Last year, I put writing aside for well over a month (or two) actually before I officially picked my novel up again. And yes, the founder does address that, (I’m going to go through my book again for a few helpful articles I remember reading last year and hopefully post them tomorrow if that’s alright:) Haha, thanks!:D I’ll add some of my own experience/advice too, (also, chocolate never hurt anybody:)

*GASPS!!!* YES! YES! YES! If you ever need any help critiquing or anything really, I would be 100000% honored to read any poems you’d want to share!! Aw, thank you!! 😀 I’m glad those tips were helpful and yes! There is definitely freedom in poetry and lots of room for experimenting. Everything from Robert Frost to modern poetry journals, there are so many ways to write poetry and so much creative space to just enjoy the writing of it!!:D

Aw, that makes me so happy to know that I’ve been encouraging!!! I’m just so happy to be of any help I can and am triple quadruple ecstatic that we get to be friends on KP!!! 😀 (AND on NaNoWriMo!!!) And don’t ever feel doubtful about your writing because honestly, I doubt that there is a single bestseller out there who started out into the noveling world better:D And seriously? Back when you said Fortitude was your first novel, I couldn’t believe it because of how purely amazing it is. I mean I love these characters more than the ones from those of my former favorite books and- it is just mind-boggling how you were able to start out with such a novel as your first! …….. Remember that I do get a signed copy when your novel is released:)

XD That’s me 100% After all, what is a conversation without writing? But yeah, I’ve officially driven everyone nuts with it XD Annnd trying to explain writing to non-writers doesn’t really work all that well so *sighs dramatically* that is one of those things that we writers must suffer… XD YES!! I’d love to discuss writing!! I mean we already do but I’d love to talk about that type of writing stuff, honestly, I’m open to discussing any writing subject:) How about dialogue, worldbuilding, or character arcs. Which is your favorite and why? (I know that sounds like something written on a test or something, but I couldn’t help myself XD No need to answer, but I thought I would ask:)

Consider it confirmed 100% because there is just no way possible that I could ever remotely think that your ever rude or ask too many questions, (‘questions’ should be my middle name or something because I LOVE them!!! 😀 ). Honestly, seeing your posts in my email is just the best thing ever! Right alongside your awesome trio!!! (Don’t worry guys, I won’t exclude you. Deek might not forgive me:) 😀 Aw, THANK YOU SO MUCH I COULD CRY!!! That just makes SO happy to hear that you have no idea!!! 😀 😀 😀

*Glances around for Mejia* *runs, walks, weaves all around the place to lose Mejia’s trail in case she’s following me (though tbh trying to lose a trail from her is next to impossible)* *double checks to make sure she isn’t around*
THANK YOU!!! It makes me so glad that you think they are so fangirl-worthy:D It is cute later on… well, actually I take that back since tbh, the confession is probably one of their cuter scenes. Oh yes, and their first kiss scene too, I think, though I still have to figure out just how that’ll go, (I have a pretty good idea anyway on what’ll happen). But that’s a long way off still.
Hmm, when did Mejia start having feelings for Filip? Good question. For her, it was pretty gradual (taking well over six months to finally admit to herself the fact that Filip had become more than a nemesis/friend/rival). But the most significant moment when she realized this was after the avalanche. She was walking back to her fortalice at night, severely injured in her sword arm (but not completely crippled like I originally planned). Filip had caught up to her and feeling guilty and responsible, said that she was almost killed and should have left him behind. To which Mejia grimaces half from her arm and half from what Filip suggested, and says, ‘I would never leave you or Anton or anyone that I-‘ she caught herself and added, ‘or anyone’. The second time was when she saw him trying to feed the Koni I’da winter greens from behind the safety of a tree. He had been doing that for Mejia while her arm was still broken and as Mejia watched, she realized that she was grinning slightly at the sight and felt something slightly more than friendship for him for a moment.
Filip was slightly easier. While he also is pretty gradual, he took a couple of months less than Mejia did to realize that he was beginning to have feelings for her. Though he tries to hide the fact, the most specific moment where he realized his feelings had changed was one day when he and Mejia were walking one night on a non-urgent yet essential errand for Anton to find some roots of a particular plant that he needed for an antidote. They walked in silence most of the way, and Filip realized how much he enjoyed just walking beside Mejia.
                                  (Hmm, honestly, I don’t think he’d mind:)

Actually, I haven’t read KotLC yet, but every time I go to the bookstore or library, those covers look so amazing that I want to read them. But I haven’t picked them up yet, I’ve been looking for a recommendation on them, but the internet has a thousand different opinions on it. How about you? Would you recommend them? ( 🙂 I guess now I need some literature advice:)
I’m sure they will! After all, we wonder about those novels and how they came to be. I’m almost a thousand percent positive that someday, readers will wonder the same about our books:) Gosh, isn’t that an amusing thought? That reader will wonder what our stories were inspired by? 😀

Aw, thank you!! (Dolly will thank you as well when I tell her:) She loves hearing that sort of thing, (though that sounds crazy), sometimes I think she can understand me, but others I think she just listens because she knows that I have the carrots XD Either way though, I know she appreciates compliments:) Thank you so much!! Ooh, if you could choose, what kind of horse would you dream of owning? 😀
                                  Yes really XD

XD That is such an amusing thought though, to think of Caira finding out about her and Newton… okay it’s scary at the same time XD But still! Haha, sure! For a little while anyway, until I finish outlining the short story, then I’ll need them back:)
Oh good! Because her walnut cake sounds incredible! 😀
Ooh! That’s so cool that walnut trees grow around the camp:D I LOVE that!! 😀 And that Alana makes desserts out of them… can I steal her for a little while too?

XD That’s amazing:) Just picturing Deek sitting there flatly while Newton is falling to pieces is the most heartwarming/humorous/cutest things ever:)
I’m so ecstatic that my fangirling makes you so ecstatic because honestly, I really never don’t fangirl about your characters!:D

OH. MY. WORD. 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All of that played out in my mind so perfectly and *internally screams* THAT IS THE CUTEST THING ON THE PLANET!!!!!!!!!! I love how they had been teasing each other for a while and Newton pairs their names together accidentally!! *Melts* That is so ADORABLE!!! (I’m sorry Newton, but how can you deny it?) I love everything about this scene. EVERY. SINGLE. THING!!!!!! I will NEVER be done fangirling over this EVER!!! Just the fact that this is when he has feelings for Caira and that the thought had crossed his mind and got their names mixed up… and when Caira asked “what did you call me…?” I just grinned and was thinking ‘uh oh Newton, you’re not going to be able to take that one back’ 😉 And his reaction to what he just said was so CUTE! Aw, poor Newton:) Those two are just so great. This idea is just so great in fact!! It’s so unique and yet seems so classic even though I haven’t read anything like it before:D

Aww, that sounds like such an amazing scene later on with Caira and Alana!! Did she question Caira when they were nearly asleep or out of doors or inside? What did she say? What did Caira say? Did Newton tell Deek about his mistake? Or Ruko? *Inserts: ‘Internally screams’ though I haven’t really stopped internally screaming so far* SO MANY QUESTIONS!!! 😀 😀 😀 Seriously, don’t spare the details (I love details:) unless you don’t want to answer them because that was a lot of questions… but just in case that is:) I just love all that 100000% 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

Awww, *sobs* that is always so heartbreaking to hear about Newton’s father never being proud of Newton… *sniffs* THAT”S THE SADDEST THING EVER!!! But I’m so glad that he changes because of Caira and becomes less cold-hearted because of her:) And what?!?!?!?! He might have a sister???!?!?! *GASPS* Definitely let me know if decide to go through with it because now I am SO curious about that now!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

*Gulps* *sniffs* That’s so sweet! Just imagining them grown up and Deek seeing Caira and trying not to cry but then crying anyway… and then he tells her that he’s proud to be her brother and hugs her and…………. that is just the sweetest thing ever that they had that moment before the wedding!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

                                  Yes seriously!! 😀 😀 😀
Begrudgingly. That’s so funny and definitely Deek XD That’s right! I remember you told me about Isla! (Sorry about that, my brain sometimes), yes, that would have been heartwarming if Alana could have been the Maid of Honor, but since *sniffs* that is not possible, I think it is awesome that Isla is and that Caira names her daughter after her:) Aww, Deek:) That though is just one of those things that make him so endearing!!! Just thinking about him messing up his hair and putting his cloak on right away after the ceremony is just so cute!!! Where is Deek anyway because all that just makes me want to hug him somehow:D

🙁 I hate camping trips coming to an end. But I’m so happy to hear that you had a good trip!!! 😀 😀 😀 And that’s right! I remember you saying that! It was probably nice to be able to go camping without worrying about a daily word count huh?:)

Oh good! Because I just have to share that one, (I still haven’t found it yet because I put nearly a hundred bookmarks in that book’s pages so that I have no idea which is the right bookmark XD ) But I will find it because this one is just too good:)
I LOVE THAT ABOUT CAIRA”S CHARACTER!!! I mean number one, I love how she is studious like that, and number two I love how she confuses others with philosophical things, and number three I just love how she wears glasses for the looks of them, (no truly, seriously I LOVE that she wears them for that:D ). And everyone’s reactions to Caira’s ramblings of such are just pure adorable:) 😀

THANK YOU!!! Alright, alright *puts hands up in defense* I know I say that a lot, but every time I say it, it’s the first thing that comes to mind and I’m always 100% sincere when I do say it. 🙂 Plus it means a lot that you love Mejia so much and Mejia and Filip relationship and had hoped that they would be a couple, (Mejia doesn’t know yet so I had better be careful what I say) XD
Thank you!!!!!!! And I’m equally as proud of you for completing NaNoWriMo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 *watches fireworks and steamers and gladly accepts the cookies* YES, we definitely should do it again!!! (Though to be honest, I probably will be doing November as my next NaNo since everyone I know is going to need to recover from this last one XD ). But yes, I understand COMPLETLY about losing the storyline, and tbh, I didn’t even have one for this novel. Like usual, I ignored plot entirely and just detailed scenes and character interactions. So yeah, my novel is a mess that isn’t really salvageable except for all the great ideas it gave me:) And yep, this time was easier so I’m sure it will be for you too!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 AND THANK YOU FOR DOING IT WITH ME TOO!!!! *high fives back 😀 *

That’s just so awesome!!! I’m so glad she did!!! (Haha, yeah, maybe I will someday:) That’s right! I remember reading an excerpt from one of her stories!! That’s SO AMAZING that she has published two books!!!!!! 😀 😀 😀 What are they called?

I SO GLAD THAT I WAS ABLE TO HELP!!! 😀 😀 😀 Because, yes, a first draft is practically the literary way of saying ‘mess’. Except that it’s the kind of mess that amazing things will come from:D I’m just so ecstatic that that was able to help, because everything I said, I meant 100% 🙂
I’m so happy that you like that idea!!! I thought it might be fun to do sometime:)

(I use a lot of those too, but they are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See?) XD
I LOVE your new tagline by the way!!! 😀 😀 😀
