Looking for feedback on my first book!

Hi everyone!

I’ve not been on KP in a while…I kind of forgot about it during life, but recently I’ve steadily worked on my first-ever printed book! I didn’t say published, because I’m not publishing it. At least, not yet.  Currently, I’m planning only to print some copies and give them to my friends. This book is originally put together for a friend’s birthday.

I formatted this work in Google Docs.

If any of you desire, you can look over it. Whatever feedback you have will be appreciated. I’m not necessarily looking for feedback on my writing as some of the stories were written years ago and I want to keep them as much to the original, but anything you have to say about it will be helpful!

Like I said, this is my first-ever printed book, so I just want to know you guys all think!

Uhhh… yes, I am still new here. Does anyone more experienced than I know how to upload PDFs on here? Sorry, the actual book isn’t here!

I think if you just copy the link and paste it into the text box it should work. Or if you go to the link button at the top of the text box and paste it there….

I’ve never tried linking a PDF on here, but I’ve done other links.

Well, a lot is going on concerning family relations. Not ones in my immediate family, but with our other relatives. My grandmother is moving out here soon, so a lot is going to change. There are going to be a lot of opportunities to deny myself and serve and love others. There’s also still tension concerning some other matters in the outer family, but we know God is good and in control. Every day that gets prayed here, and it’s amazing to see how He works.

For myself, things are going pretty well. A big focus in my spiritual life is putting on the armor of God. Mama lent me a small booklet that expounded on Ephesians 6:10-18, and I now regard that passage in a whole different way than before. So, I’m working with God to put on His armor, defeating Satan’s temptations, and instead serving God.

I have work each week. My siblings and I clean a lodge of 32 rooms. Sometimes there’s more work, sometimes less. It depends how many room were used, ect… I also occasionally work at a produce farm, but my brother is the one who usually works there. My school isn’t much, only about two hours. But, I have projects that I work on for my father.

I also spend time training/exercising/playing with my dog Buddy. He’s a big part in my life.

As for writing, my progress has been great. All I need to complete now for this book is:

1. Learn and create a back cover and spine

2. Insert the pictures

In everything, I get reminded to do all to glorify God.

Are you using an iPhone or a computer? On my computer, it works fine. If it’s not working on your computer, I’ll have to find a different way to post it.
