      @kathleenramm Oh. Well. This is quite the challenge. You see, the last sentence I wrote in my WIP is so long and contextual and intriguing and just full of gorgeous prose and AH! Here, let me show you:

      Or else.

      See now? Isn’t that just lovely?

      Y’all’s are spectacular, though. Got me all interested in your stories now! @elfwing That is priceless! Thanks for doing that!!!

        oh man! that is epic! Filled with threat and mystery and danger and possible adrenaline rush for fleeing for your life *says all this in one breath and then finally breathes in *, oh… and maybe even romance? Wild guess since you said you love romance hehehe XD

          Ooo, dare accepted!

          (Thanks for tagging me!)

          @elfwing

          XD That was genius, combining all the sentences! XD  It really could turn into a completely new story!

          Alright, so here’s mine:

          “Hey.” Drew turned and saw Addie sitting up.  She was unusually quiet.  And it made Drew worry.

          (Yeah, this one’s kinda low key too).  🙂

              @kathleenramm

              Well, technically the last thing I wrote was a poem and the last sentence for that is:

              There is no point
              To hoping
              To wanting
              But all I can do is wish.

              but before that, last sentence in an actual story: What else does he possibly need?

              Jominkreesa!

                @abigail-m @nanisnook

                Yep! That’s how you put the green line there for quotes! Thanks Abigail!

                @iluvhim18

                Why do these sorta-kinda-almost work together? I bet there are even more interesting ways to organize each of the sentences into other interesting stories. XD

                    He was alive.

                    So……Yeah. This sentence really needs context. Basically, in my WIP, the main character just found out her father was alive when no one thought he was. I almost included the whole paragraph but then remembered that it had to be one sentence. Actually, I’ll show you the paragraph. Let me know what you think of it.

                    Where'd I get ya this time? The liver? The kidney? I'm runnin' outta places to put holes in ya.

                      When a creature had been killed, their file is marked “Deceased” and put in a file by itself. But if someone were a prisoner of war or for a severe crime, the file was marked “incarcerated for extreme offense” and left where it was.

                      That was the label on Hunter’s file. [I spent quite a while trying to think of a last name for him–and Torrent, by extension, because she’s his daughter–but I couldn’t, so sorry! I’ll take suggestions if you’re willing to give them]

                      Torrent’s father.

                      He was alive.

                      There’s the paragraph.

                      Where'd I get ya this time? The liver? The kidney? I'm runnin' outta places to put holes in ya.

                        Whoops, the sentence “There’s the paragraph” looks like it’s part of the story! It’s not, sorry.

                                I’m a little late to this, but I think this is the last sentence I wrote:

                                Evie sighed louder than necessary. “Remind me why I’m here again…”

                                You said without context, didn’t you? XD

                                Oh my goodness, everybody has such amazing lines! We should all post our ‘last lines’ here at the end of every writing day:)
