Hey! Sorry I’m late… but welcome to KP!!! I’m Ella, and as I was reading over past posts, I see we have a lot in common! KotLC is like my favorite series ever!!! And all the music you mentioned I love! And Song of the Sea… I have literally watched that five times–it is sooo good!!
A little more about me: I play bball for my school (a classical Christian school with the best people ever on the planet, besides Keepers of course 😉). I love geometry, summertime, music, sports, working out, hanging out with friends, graphic design, and writing at o’dark :30. 😊 What’s your fav subject? Music genre? Book genre? I’m a dystopian/thriller/suspense/YA fanatic. And pop/hip hop/rap are my favorites. Do you like Taylor Swift? I love her music, and Frank Ocean is one of the best imo.
Anyways, your WIP sounds super awesome, mine is about this:
All she remembers is watching the world tear itself apart.
All she knows is that the monsters are out for her blood.
All she wants is someone to love.
With a stray dog as her only friend, she lives in the forest, foraging and hunting to survive. Her cabin, the only sign of a human presence for miles, is full of secrets. Strange noises and signs tell her a strange story that she can’t decipher.
Then a strange boy with a strange story appears on her doorstep and changes her life forever. He gives her what she’s longed for her whole life: friendship, safety, a name.
But she is being watched. Followed. Hunted. Someone wants to kill her.
With high stakes and higher consequences, she must unlock the secrets of the cabin or lose what she loves most.

2. if you had to change your name, what would you change it to? no, not my name! well, here are some name’s i like: Starkle, Star, Ruby, Amy, Spark {of course}, Bell, Angel, Elsa….
3. ice cream or frozen yogurt? i don’t think that i’ve ever tasted frozen yogurt so i’d have to say ice cream.

1. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Shannon Messenger’s KOTLC series! I haven’t read it yet though.
2. Nice name choices! I’d do either Bethel, Shiloh, Selah, or Shalom. Probably Shiloh or Bethel.
3. Frozen yogurt is good, but I have to concur with you. Ice cream is the best! 🙂
