So, I’m back again, and I’m trying super hard not to be nervous posting my second chapter. All of you gave such supportive and helpful feedback (thank you x 1,000 again!) and said you wanted to read more! This chapter is a bit slower, and it answers some old questions as well as gives new ones *evil grin* I like to keep things mysterious 😉
Anyways, I did have a few questions I’d like to ask after y’all read this:
1. Are my characters likable? I just wanted confirmation that Caira was, in fact, interesting.
2. Is the story engaging? If you were in a bookstore, would you keep reading? Does it keep you hooked?
3. Is the pacing all right?
I appreciate all you lovely folks reading/critiquing this for me! This is my first novel ever, so sorry if it’s a little rough… I’m really trying my best 🙂

I just finished reading chapter 2 and I LOVED it!!! As for questions 1, 2, and 3… YES! Definitely! It was so good!
And (literally keeping myself from screaming XD ) I finally got to meet Newton!!! I love him so much already!

Ah, YES! My boyyy Newton has made his first appearance!! (also trying not to scream because I fangirl over him way more than I should XD) Obviously this was ‘friendly’ Newton. The next time you meet him….. it’s a whole lot different XD And GOSH I’M SO HAPPY that Newton has so many fans!!

However, I hath found thee. And, in my finding, I have relinquished all plans over to the grip of feverish excitement.

@writerlexi1216 Just finished it! Left a few notes here and there. I think you did good! Caira is quite interesting, and I would like to find out more! I think that the pacing is good for a novel.
