          @esther-c First, I am shocked at how neatly organized all that is… I am one of those writers who plans everything in her head and keeps it there, none of my character profiles or plotlines are written out in such an orderly fashion so kudos to you XD. Second, I love each and every one of those outlines!! They all sound like great characters and I LOVE the names, the pictures totally match them. I’m already feeling heartstrings tugged for the Barlowes šŸ„ŗšŸ„ŗ Thank you for sharing these with us!!

            @starshiness

            Lol, Iā€™ve tried writing a few novels in the past without planning, so when I started my WIP, I was like: I need to at least plan something. XD (Which actually helped a ton when I plotted the story. šŸ˜)

            Thanks!!! šŸ˜Š I love them too, lol. šŸ„°

              @everyone

              I think Iā€™m going to have to hop on here later and share some charries that actually havenā€™t been written yet. šŸ˜ (I absolutely love them too!! XD)

              Oooh, or maybe a new charrie that I plan to introduce in book 2 of my trilogy.

              Aah, decisions, decisions! šŸ˜†

                  Alrighty! Here are two more charries from a WIP that I havenā€™t even started writing yet. (And probably wonā€™t until I finish my trilogy šŸ˜›)

                  First Iā€™m going to share a brief synopsis of the book, so itā€™s easier to understand the characters. (Keep in mind, this is just what I quickly typed out in my notes, so itā€™s nothing fancy. XD)

                  Miles Harrison hasnā€™t seen his daughter Audrey in 16 years. 16 years ago, he and his wife, Leanne had to give up their baby girl to keep her safe. The couple was a part of a secret government agency. To keep their daughter safe, they put her in an orphanage, leaving her with a note intended for her eyes only. During a dangerous mission, Leanne was killed. Miles was crushed. Despite that, he trusted God and pushed forward, still working for the agency. A few years went by and Miles was required to join the witness protection program. Finally, after 13 years of being in the program, Miles is allowed to leave. So he decides to search for his daughter. He finds her with a family. He decides not to give away his identity to her just yet. What if she doesnā€™t want him? But after Audrey goes missing, Miles is forced to go looking for her. The clues lead him to an earth shattering discovery. Determined now more than ever, Miles continues to look for his daughter. But everything seems to be leading him farther and farther away from her. How can he trust God when he canā€™t see His hand? Will he ever be able to see his daughter again? Why would God let this happen?

                  Thereā€™s that! And now for the charries!!

                  (I find it funny that I have middle names for charries that Iā€™ve never written, but no middle names for charries that Iā€™ve written for a while. XD)

                  Miles Alexander HarrisonĀ

                  Age: idk yet

                  Miles is a man who never gives up. He clings to his beliefs and values, no matter what. Heā€™s loyal to those he loves and cares for. Despite being part of a secret government agency, he trust people easily, sometimes leading him to trouble. He is clever and has a good sense of humor, even though heā€™s typically an introvert. Miles tends to look at the glass half full and is definitely an encourager. He is normally easy-going, but when under stress, he can easily lose his temper.

                  Audrey Leanne HarrisonĀ

                  Age: 16

                  Audrey is hard not to like. Sheā€™s an extrovert and friendly to everyone she meets. Her kindness shines through, even in the darkest of times. She loves being in nature and admiring Godā€™s creation, seeing it as another one of the many reasons to praise her Savior. Though she loves being around people, there are times she simply enjoys the peaceful silence or listening to natures orchestra. Even though sheā€™s beautiful on the outside, the beauty of her heart is clearly visible to those she interacts with daily.

                  Now for the moodboards!!

                              Guysssss wanna meet the main character of my allegorical novel WIP?!?!!! I EVEN MADE AN AESTHETIC BOARD THING FOR HER!!!!!!!!! And I’m dying to share some snippets of my story for critiques because I’M MAKING REAL HEADWAY for the first time in like six months but I will restrain myself until after y’all have met her.

                              Quick (I don’t really mean that) summary of what this WIP is about—Ā Raven’s QuestĀ is an allegorical novel centering around a young woman named Raven. Upon learning that her grandmother, her guardian since her parents died, has contracted a seemingly incurable disease, Raven embarks on a journey to the faraway land of Parousia in order to seek a cure. Along the way she is introduced to ā€œthe Great Archerā€ (aka Jesus) by a charming young man named Keston (*fangirls bc he’s just so MMMM* šŸ˜‚). Following this life-changing meeting, Raven is sent on a mission that will test her newfound faith and determine how strong it really is. This mission/adventure involves a castle, an evil prince, impersonations, swordfights, secret passages, and everything else that makes for a medieval fantasy feel. EEEEEEEEE I’m literally so excited to write this part, I skipped ahead like eighteen chapters to get one scene on paper that refused to leave my head XD

                              But to get back to my character description for Raven! (Apologies, this will likely be somewhat long šŸ˜…)

                              Description taken from book draft:

                              “Arm in arm, Raven and Willow strolled down the dirt path that wound through the woodlands. The sisters were quite different in both appearance and nature. Nineteen-year-old Raven was dark with a strong, lean figureā€”a result of spending much time out of doors. Coppery, dark brown hair fell to her waist in soft waves, and spirited yet soft doe brown eyes peeped out from beneath black silken lashes. Unlike most girls her age, Raven was never interested in games, clothes, gossiping with friends, or what were considered ā€œnormalā€ pastimes for a young woman. She instead spent much time deep in thought, with only nature and her trusty bow for company. Though perhaps more serious than most, Raven had within her heart a unique desire to understand the world, rather than just live in itā€”a desire that would take her far in the days to come.”

                              Story behind her name, also taken from the book draft:

                              As the stars twinkled down upon the two weary travelers, they couldnā€™t help but notice the light that suddenly beamed from the girlā€™s eyes. She carried many fond memories of her dear departed mother, but thisā€¦ this was the favorite tale she often recalled hearing straight from her motherā€™s lips. And now, in like fashion, Ravenā€™s silvered tones wove into words the story of her birth.

                              ā€œMy mother was very pregnant, with the baby, me, due any day. But despite my fatherā€™s and Grandmamaā€™s cautioning, she saw no reason not to continue her daily walks through the woods at sunrise. It was a beautiful autumn morning and Mama was never one to stay inside on such days. She had strolled almost a mile into the forest when she had a sudden contraction, one so intense that she fell to the ground. The pain was unbearable and she nearly passed out. It was then, lying on the leaf-strewn earth in the middle of the woods, that Mama realized it was time. Unsteadily, she used the trunk of a nearby tree to haul herself up. Fighting through waves of nausea and dizziness, Mama struggled to remember which way was home. But the pain had so disoriented her, she couldnā€™t think straight. The sudden awareness that she was stranded, with a baby on the way, and no way to get home was just too much. On the verge of tears, mama raised her eyes to the sky and pleaded for the fates to have mercy on her and save her child.ā€

                              Keston cocked an eyebrow at this but remained silent.

                              ā€œSuddenly she caught sight of a black bird circling above her. It cawed harshly, dipped its head up and down, and soared ahead to the east. The raven, for thatā€™s what it was, then doubled back, cawed, and again glided to the east. My mother saw it as the answer to her prayers, and indeed it was. The bird guided her all the way through the forest, flying ahead to show her the path, then circling back to make sure his passenger was still there. When she finally came out of the woods and collapsed on the front path, the raven lingered, circling again and cawing loudly until Grandmama was drawn outside by the noise. Mama watched as the raven let out one last call, then lifted its wings and flew away. She never saw it again.ā€
