Lol! Yeah Kaine’s hair color is kinda weird, when I first started drawing him i didn’t have a good color so it turned out burgundy.

If nobody does it before me, I’ll write the first RP either tomorrow or Friday. 🙂 (tomorrow’s gonna be busy, so I may not get to it. 😉 )

Sorry if I missed anyone!) Okay I’m bored and I’m procrastinating getting ready for school (where I live it’s 6:30 am rn), so I’m just gonna roleplay. (sorry, @esther-c ,haha) Also, when you RP you can either do it in third person like I’m doing or in first person. Whichever you prefer. 🙂
Ottoline
The autumn breeze tousled her strawberry blonde hair even as she fought to keep it tucked behind her ear. Her hazel-green eyes searched, but to no avail. She could not find what she was looking for. She felt a pang of guilt. If she failed to find it, then Marcurious and Neveah would have empty stomachs tonight. And it would be her fault.
A flicker of movement on the hill caught her eye. Was it-could it be? She dared not hope, but then…it was. A graceful buck leapt into view, about two hundred feet away. Behind the hills, the sun sunk lower in the sky, indicating a sense of urgency that beat in Ottoline’s chest. Slipping off her shoes, she slipped her feet one after the other into the rippling grass as if she was stepping into water.
Checking to reassure herself that her bow was strung and her best arrows were in her quiver, she removed her bow from her back and two arrows. She glanced at the buck, which had not yet caught onto her presence. The innocent creature was nibbling grass at the foot of the hill. She crouched down into the grass and began to move. Stalking the creature on noiseless feet, she moved closer and closer to her prey. Now she dropped to all fours where the grass grew finer and shorter, counting every step. When she dared to look up next, the buck seemed close enough.
Taking a deep breath, Ottoline drew an arrow, sighting down the shaft, aiming, waiting…and then she let it go. With a satisfying twang, the arrow sped through the air, just as her quarry looked up with a snort. With a cry of frustration Ottoline could only watch as the promise of food cantered away safely. The irridescent sunset caught her eye, and she knew that she could not stay out here much longer. Soon it would be nightfall…soon it would be dark, and if she was not back soon, Neveah would worry. She was such a worrier, Ottoline scoffed. “Worrying never saved anyone from hunger, did it?” she clenched her jaw as she spoke out loud.
As she skulked back up the hill, still keeping a sharp eye out for food out of habit, something caught her eye.
A small light lit up the valley with brilliant colors. If Ottoline were any closer, she would have recgonized it as a house. Her curiosity took over and even as her mind told her that she needed to get back to her own camp, she realized she was already moving toward the light.
As she got closer, she realized that it was not a light at all, but a log cabin of exceptional size seemingly bursting at the seem with colors, music, noise. “What is this place?” she wondered out loud. It was a beautiful sight. Before she could give any second thoughts, she was at the door, and now she was pushing it open….

😱 I wrote almost the whole RP and then accidentally tapped on one of the links at the bottom of the page and lost it! 😭 I don’t think I have time to rewrite the whole thing now, but I promise I’ll have it posted later today or tomorrow. 😅

Ok! I finally got it! Here ya are!
(And fyi, so far I’ve decided that the language they speak in Amir’s country is Farsi, or something very close to it, so if he talks in a different language, that’s what it is.)
(Oh, and I’m assuming we decided on the ball theme…?)
Amir
How did I get here?
Amir squinted in the bright sun and slowly sat up. Where am I? He put his hand on the ground to push himself up, but stopped. Grass? They didn’t have much grass back home. And it was never this green and lush. He stood up and looked around. He found himself only a few paces away from a large wooden building. Not made of sandstone like the buildings at home.
Light and odd music floated from the windows. Amir slowly walked up to the door and stood in front of it for quite some time, wrestling between his curiosity and his conscience. His curiosity won. He carefully opened the door and poked his head inside.
“Woah…”
It was bigger on the inside than the outside. The soft Giveh of his shoes padded across the marble floor as he admired the arching ceiling, supported by towering pillars of stone. Silk, crimson banners hung between the pillars. Amir’s attention was diverted to the ceiling which had a beautiful work of art carved into it.
He was so distracted, that he jumped and let out a yelp when he heard someone else enter the building. Clearing his throat and regaining his composure, he faced the young woman in front of him. He gave a slight nod and placed a hand on his chest. “Salaam.”

Alright! 😆 Here is mine.
Lane
Lane stared intently at the piece of paper in his left hand. Something was scribbled onto the note, but whatever it said was illegible. These directions never want to work, huh? Tyne never writes things down properly. He shoved the note into his pocket and shivered as he continued walking.
I’m not even gonna try to figure out what it says… because it’s just useless. I am not quite sure where I am, but this is definitely not Ethrin. Lane paused again and looked around. And this is not Extroit either.
After thinking for several brief moments and looking around some more, Lane inhaled and took off running to the closest building in sight. When he reached his destination, he noticed that music was coming from somewhere inside. He froze, listening for other possible sounds. Continuing to walk, only slower and rather silently, he noted that the door was open.
Lane peeked inside and was amazed by the magnificence of the building. His eyes moved around the building, taking in as much as he could, but he quickly hid when he saw two other people standing inside. He stood outside the door eavesdropping.

Ottoline
She stepped inside the building, and stopped dead in her tracks.
“What is this place?” she asked in awe. Brightly colored streamers fluttered from the ceiling, multicolored lights lit up the room, and the stone floor shone. A strange kind of music filled the room. She tucked her hair behind her left ear and subconsciously touched her bow. It was odd…a party, but no one was there.
“Salaam,” Ottoline sucked in a sharp breath of surprise as a male voice spoke from behind her. She whirled around, narrowing her eyes and yanking her bow off her back, hands moving instinctively to her arrows. The young man jumped back in fear. “Don’t-don’t shoot-” he balked, his brown eyes wide with fear. Ottoline took a deep breath to steady herself.
“Don’t worry,” she smiled wryly, “I only shoot deer. Lucky for you.” The boy nodded uncomfortably. “You just scared me, that’s all,” she tilted her head to the side.
“I’m s-s-sorry,” he said in broken English, every word coated in a thick accent. “My name is Amir. What your name is?”
“I’m Ottoline,” she replied stiffly. He extended his hand to shake hers, but Ottoline did not return the gesture. She wasn’t inclined to touch a stranger’s hand when they had only just met.
“So what is this place?” Amir frowned as if expecting Ottoline to know. She scoffed.
“How should I know? I only just got here.” Amir looked as though she had slapped him with her cutting tone. He turned away, studying the arching pillows.
And then a terrible crashing sound filled the room. Ottoline bristled, grabbing her bow and arrow, searching the room until her eyes found a young boy standing sheepishly beside the remains of a small statue.
“Who are you?”
Sorry it ends so abruptly but wasn’t sure how else to end it XD This is so much fun!!!!
