@jonas I’m going to assume the forest dragon is more powerful than his companion, so who knows, maybe we will need all three to fight them off!
Where'd I get ya this time? The liver? The kidney? I'm runnin' outta places to put holes in ya.
December 22, 2023 at 5:05 pm #170814Ellis is experienced in killing dragons. He could seriously beat a normal one on his own (at least a normal one from his world.) With the villains thrown into the mix, though…

you all are the ones who haven’t left the rp right?
ok here we go
Snake
He swooped down and grabbed a few soldiers, flinging them up into the air before freezing them into blocks of ice.
This was more fun than he’d thought.
He barely noticed when something swooped at the edge of his vision. A load roar distracted him from the thrill of battle as a large creature slammed into his body.
Ouch.
He saw it was another dragon, fully reptilian. One of the natives, then.
And it didn’t like him.
Snake dodged the creature as it blasted some kind of venom at him. It hit a tree, vaporizing all the leaves it touched in seconds.
As it turned, he saw a glittering, slightly glowing green object nestled in its chest right where a scale should’ve been.
Interesting…….
But just as he flew closer, another, smaller dragon streaked from the sky and scratched at his neck. He dodged again, but not before it tore a few wounds in his shoulder and wing. Not bad enough to prevent him from flying, but boy, did it hurt.
Snake dove toward the others, who were currently caught in the battle. “Is this the dragon we were supposed to fight? Cause he’s got me in his crosshair right now!!” he yelled to them (especially Fennin).

Where was the fire elf? All he saw was Rigere, who was mounting another spell against him. She had already thrown away his sword with her spells. As his metallic voice sang out in defiance, a great shadow crossed the night sky. At first, he thought it to be Snake, but then he saw what it was, another dragon. Not now. Nahim looked over to where Nora was trying to protect Fennin from a floating cloak with eyes. (That sounds so wrong!) Something hit the tree above the Realn and elf, melting the leaves and branches instantaneously. It distracted Rigere enough, that Nahim was able to grab her throat with his metal hand. After engaging with the now two other dragons in the sky, Snake swooped down low,
“Is this the dragon we were supposed to fight? Cause he’s got me in his crosshair right now!!”
“He carries the Stone!” Tren yelled back at him.
Rigere meanwhile struggled against Nahim, spouting spells that only made Nahim close his fingers quicker. Though great in strength with her Black magic, Rigere could not pry his fingers away. Nahim breathed a prayer of thanks to Ehyeh that Krogen was skilled in making such strong prosthetics. At the prayer, Rigere screamed in what seemed pain. With a last effort, she bashed Nahim against a tree with her magic, hard enough that he released automatically. She didn’t try to kill him, but ran away, screaming and afraid.
Nahim’s vision was gone. He lay in blackness at the roots of the tree, pain finally creeping through his wall of adrenaline. He didn’t see Angere come with a dagger in his hands, he heard no approach. Angere readied to thrust the dagger to the hilt in Nahim’s unarmored stomach, but he was paralyzed. Dagger in both hands, blade glinting in the moonlight, he couldn’t move. He heard Nahim’s voice, low and like scraping metal say,
“Ehyeh, please give me back my sight.” Angere too, screamed in pain at the name. He dropped the dagger, letting it clatter to the leafy forest floor, cowering. He too, ran in fear at the name of Nahim’s God.
Nahim bolted upright, banging his elbow against the tree in his blind confusion. He fumbled to find his sword, but it wasn’t with him. He heard fleeing footsteps, and Angere’s voice was gone.
Why didn’t I talk to Ehyeh in the first place?
His vision slowly flickered back, and after some scrounging, Nahim finally found his sword and gungedal. He uttered another prayer of thanks.
Now he needed to go help the others.

Ellis’s enhanced reflexes allowed him to dodge through the knives as they flew at him. He swung Conviction at Zash, but Zash dodged to the side with inhuman speed. A pair of knives zipped back to him from the ground.
He uses the knives to push himself, Ellis realized.
Suddenly a dark shadow passed overhead. Ellis looked up. Two dragons. One had something green glowing in its scales.
“It carries the stone!” Tren shouted.
Oh great, now? Ellis thought.
Knives incoming! warned Conviction. Ellis threw himself down as Zash’s knives came from behind.
I don’t have time for this!
Ellis rolled and leapt to his feet, scooping a spray of dirt into the air with his sword. He dived through it towards Zash, taking him by surprise and stabbed Conviction into his side. He yanked the sword free as Zash buckled, then kicked him backwards with extreme force.
He turned and ran towards the dragon.
Kate
Kate picked herself up off the ground.
She had been right. They were under attack.
Kate looked around, slightly dazed.
Then dragons arrived. One had the stone.
Kate drew Bloodsong. And reached for a spell at her belt.
She drew out her Arclash. The glowing red line expanded, uncoiling. It wouldn’t last much longer—she had used it twice already.
The Arclash itself was practically unbreakable. It could restrain the dragon, but she needed something heavy to anchor it to.
She dove out of the way as a blast of fire from the smaller dragon shot towards her.
There was nothing heavy enough to restrain the dragon…but what if she could use it to lash the dragons together?

I’m still here… I know I’ve been pretty quiet lately but I’ve been busy. I’m gonna try to involve Kari a little bit more when I have another chance to RP tomorrow afternoon.

He tensed as the clamor of battle roared in his ears.
“Climb on!” he shouted, and shapeshifted into a horse. Hugo and Ottoline scrambled on, and Marcurious took off at full gallop. He had to find somewhere safe…
There! He spotted a small cave into the side of a hill. Ottoline and Hugo slid off and Marcurious changed into his normal form. “Stay here,” he pushed them into the cave.
“I can help-” Hugo protested.
“No.” Marcurious shook his head. “Stay here and protect my sister.”
With that, he shapeshifted into a falcon and soared away to do whatever he could to help.
Okay, that RP was so cringe XD but anyways….I felt like I needed to have Otto and Marcurious do something…lol

LEFSE FOREVER!!!!!! <333December 22, 2023 at 10:05 pm #170853Should I add Carrie’s invention, which is robotic arms that she controls? They stretch a pretty good distance and can quickly grab and throw people. They’re in a small rectangular box strapped onto her back and she has a controller sort of thing, I wasn’t going to add them, but I’m in a “Carrie throwing someone” kind of mood…
Carrie
I grabbed the Shatter Dagger, Silas immediately drew a black sword that was serrated near the point.
I didn’t trust him in this situation. The last time an enemy attacked Kadel, they’d kidnapped Silas. He had the chance to escape, but he’d cowardly joined them. I almost expected him to do the same now.
The eight eyed villain smiled maliciously as she circled around us. A shadow covered overhead. Both of us looked up to see the dragon.
I didn’t have time for this. I wanted to help the others. I quickly threw the Shatter Dagger, aiming specifically for one of the eyes, the dagger flew right passed her.
“The dragons are here and that was a horrible throw!” Silas informed me quickly.
(She could try and grab Jeptune here if you’re not opposed to the idea.)

December 22, 2023 at 10:07 pm #170854My RP was pretty weird. Sorry

December 22, 2023 at 11:07 pm #170855I totally think you should let Carrie have her robotic arms.
Jeptune
Jeptune glanced at the dagger quickly, before liking back at the two. A web shot out towards them, thick as climbing rope and as sticky as tree sap.

Carrie
Silas shoved me out of the webs path. The web smacked into Silas, he couldn’t escape the sticky rope.
I began hitting buttons on the controller sewn on my wristband, a creaky noise came from the metal box strapped on me and the next second my rustic metal arms shot out of either end of the box. They bolted foward and surrounded her, I pushed a button that made the left metal hand ball into a fist and begin swinging at the villain while the other tried to grab her.
I moved both controller sticks around in a panicked way. It was difficult trying to control both arms a the same time, especially since they were both doing different tasks.
“Stop moving.” I said quietly through gritted teeth, the message was directed to Jeptune.
The big hand knocked Jeptune on the head, giving the other a moment to get a grasp on her, the hand shot up into the air with Jeptune and spun around at a rapid speed, all I could see was a blur.
“Carrie!” Silas called, I glanced back. He wasn’t being attacked yet, just stuck. He could wait a second, so I ignored him and looked back to the swinging villain.
“Okay…” I said, my fingers ready to push a big silver button, I tapped it, and the hand let go, Jeptune launched into a nearby tree with a loud thud.
Hopefully, it was enough to knock her out.
I quickly turned around to help Silas out the web, and I did it reluctantly. At that moment I’d honestly thought about throwing him away with my robotic arms and leaving him stuck, just in case he had any ideas.

December 23, 2023 at 1:23 pm #170887Jeptune
She didn’t like it, she DID NOT like it. Jeptune huffed, she only liked trees when she put herself there… Or when she put others there. Recovering from the throw, she shot another sticky web at the two, as the girl tried to help her brother. Settling down, Jeptune decided to just shoot webs until the two were thoroughly stuck, and then she would cause her mischief.
