I also want Carrie to fight her brother. She’ll probably just knock him unconscious, and then he’ll blame her when he wakes up to make her look bad (if anyone’s character finds him unconscious).

I’m writing a part where Carrie had a chance to sneak away to see Silas…

Carrie caught Silas lurking behind a tree, glaring at her. He seemed hesitant to come close.
“Why don’t you just run off and never come back.” Carrie whispered loudly, Silas could hear the anger in her voice waiting to be released.
He put his hands up defensively for a second as Carrie whipped out her sword, she looked a bit alarming in the dark. All he could make out was a small figure with a sword that seemed to target him.
“I’m not fighting you.” He began. “I don’t want to, and I’m also unarmed.”
“Liar.” Carrie said.
“I see you don’t want to talk, but I need-”
“Oh? It’s that obvious?” Carrie asked sarcastically, throwing her arms up.
“I’ll leave. But I’m aware I’m in the wrong, I don’t know how to fix it.”
Carrie rolled her eyes.
Fire Face ran to Silas, the little creature squeaking as it went, Silas reached out to hold Fire Face when the kitten jumped at his arm and bit him.
“Stupid!” he grunted, pushing Fire Face away.
“What did you do to him? He liked me at first.”

The only reason I went was to see Silas was to make sure he didn’t bring an army with him. I needed to be nicer to him. If he really was realizing that all the stupid things he did were wrong, then… then I guess I could act less hostile toward him.
I still wouldn’t trust him. Should I let him know Fire Faces bites were venomous… or let him find out himself? It would only be a few minutes until he realized.
I sighed.
“Well Fire Face-” I went to explain but he fell unconscious before I got the sentence out.
“Well that was fast.”
Fire Face did a little bouncy walk back to me.
I felt guilty as the kitten pawed at my skirt to pick him up. I carefully moved to Silas, l looked at my brother’s arm, I could already see a dark spot spreading over his normally pale skin.
The reason I felt guilty was that I almost didn’t want to help him.
I made my way back to the group… maybe they wouldn’t notice I had left. Maybe I could just say Fire Face bit someone and they needed help. Then Silas would leave… unrealistically, but hopefully.

Sorry, that RP I just did didn’t sound the best. The font is also really tiny and weird on my screen.

As Niko made his intros, Nahim bound Vethe and left her by Ellis without a word, before slinking off into the night where Dathaln was tethered. He stroked the elk’s nose.
“Hopefully nothing else happens. Wake me up if I fall asleep, okay?” Nahim picked up his self-assigned post of pacing the perimeter of darkness around the campfire again, just to notice Carrie coming back from the woods. He stopped her.
“Next time you leave the fire, let someone know. Strange things are about in the forest. Is that clear?”

“Huh?” I said stopping, I kept myself from excessively rubbing my hands together as I often did when I was stressed. “Oh, yeah.”
I kept walking, I didn’t mean to sound so nonchalant, but I didn’t know what to do about my unconscious brother who I didn’t trust, didn’t like, who did try to apologize, laying in the forest. Maybe he didn’t really mean it?
That would be no reason to leave him there.

Nahim watched Carrie go back to the circle around the fire. He hoped she got the message. He sighed, picking up his pace.
