Gilganings are similar, though taller and usually with skin the around the shade of an almond, little darker or lighter. Their eyes often are a little less of softer colors than those of the Lillening.
BTW, the Queen has pastel purple hair and eyes, rosy lips, peachy eye shadow and almost white skin
Fennin has same skin as his mother, but orange eyes and black hair (very unusual to have black hair)
Tren has white skin, ashen hair and very pale blue eyes.

@jonas @highscribeofaetherium are correct. Also, Styx could have maybe black hair, since that’s rare, or a blue tint to his skin, since that’s non existent.

Yes, she has purple hair. I mentioned it when we first saw her…so once. She wears it in a half bun and it is fluffy and silky soft.

The false Lillening grunted, and leveled his iron pike at the one named “Ellie”. “I will protect my queen at all costs,” he lied.
The queen’s eyes fluttered open. She looked from the pike to the holder of the pike and back again. Weakly, she tapped Katonia’s arm and whispered something in her ear.
Kate rose. “We’ll stay here, thank you very much. If my guess is correct, Styx, you want to kill us.”

Brian unsheathed his sword. “Death to the Pixen,” he growled. He lept, sword raised to strike. The Pixie snarled, deflected the blow with his pike, and then fled. Pixies never want to fight fairly.
I leaned down and whispered in the queen’s ear. “We have to go now. Whatever you do, don’t trust anyone new.”
I grabbed my satchel and Brian’s hand. As we ran in pursuit, I yelled over my shoulder. “Everyone else stay here! We need to trap this pixie before he kills anyone else! And don’t trust anyone!”
The pixie was still in sight. If we could keep him on the run until we trapped him, he wouldn’t be able to disappear. Where is Calligripho when you need him?

That was a surprising turn. But shaking her head and looking at the Queen again, she noticed her wound was healing. Then she looked at her fian again.
“You need to rest.” Nahim, with head back and eyes closed softly replied,
“I am.” He held the Queen gently, but close. He wasn’t going to loose his charge.

Kate slumped against the wall as the two strangers chased the Lillening soldier who was apparently an imposter.
She checked her spell reserves. She had used a lot. She needed to conserve what she had left.
Kate broke open one of her healing spells and used it on herself. Her injuries immediately felt much better. Nobody else seemed to be in serious need of help. The queen was apparently being healed by the stone stuck to her hand. Ellis didn’t seem to have any open wounds, nor did Nahim or Nora.
