She watched, incredulous, as the palace erupted in confusion and chaos. Flames licked at the walls, people were screaming, rushing around.
And just when she thought things couldn’t get any worse, Marcurious charged in, wielding a sword, followed by other people wearing evil expressions. Wait, Marcurious? Ottoline stared, bewildered.
