I couldn’t exactly tell what the woman was mouthing, but I knew something was up.
I gently put Fire Face in my backpack, he popped his little head out as if to listen.
“So who here has the experience? How about go ask them?” I said, more as a statement rather than question. I honestly hoped he took it as a bossy demand rather than a simple recommendation.

And if you’ll answer my question, I’ll go away down to the forge so I can start forging again. Though I also need to talk to Ellis before then. What is your choice weapon?”

Ellis watched in amusement as Nahim repeatedly insisted that he was fine, oblivious to the fact that Nora was undermining everything he said from behind his back.
“You think you could make him sleep?” Ellis asked Kate.
“I don’t exactly carry sleeping charms around,” Kate said. “They’re pretty useless, so no, unless you want me to knock him out again.”

“I can walk fine. Thank you for answering my question…finally.” He turned away, and walked up to Ellis, ignoring Kate’s presence.
“Is there anyway you can tell me exactly the weapons we need? Who does best with broadswords? Who need lighter weight or can handle a full sized sword. Daggers, Knives? It would help me alot if I knew which weapons I should prioritize. Also, Fennin assigned you our training partners, right? Who’s got who so I can ask them the same questions?”
