I’m not sure. Maybe?

I don’t usually have the problem of running into people older than me on here, lol. Probably because most people out of high school don’t have time to be on KP much. I’ve found that even in person I tend to gravitate towards people my age or younger for friends, but I do have a few who are older than me.

I had put crazy curly hair, but frizzy sounds more like what I was thinking.

I was completely caught off guard by the man’s red eyes that I didn’t catch a word he said.
The only part I heard was when he asked of my name.
“Oh, I’m Carrie.” I managed to say politely. “Please forgive the disruption… um, I have my little companion here who makes quite the ruckus.” I then proceeded to show him my fire-breathing purple kitten.
“I see, and what’s its name?” He politely inquired.
“Oh, um.” I looked down and bit my lip, trying to hide an embarrassed smile. I then regretted the name I had selected. “His name is, um, Fire Face.” I said the name so fast, almost hoping he wouldn’t hear it.

“I’ve never met a fire-breathing cat, but most people have never met fireproof salamanders either. The galaxies are a wide place, I never know what I’ll see next.”

I forgot the whole thing about not trusting anyone for just that single moment as the question spilt out of my mouth.
“You explore the galaxies, I assume? Where are you from?”
After I asked the question I remembered I still had to defend myself… just in case.
I casually slipped what appeared to be a gemstone into my pocket, I wouldn’t dare tell anyone it was actually a weapon that turned from a golden stone into sword at the moment needed.

Is Carrie from a Sci-fi universe? And does she have experience in combat?
If I had ever learnt, I should have been a great proficient.

#AnduthForever (💕)Carrie is from a fantasy world. I’m soooo bad at coming up with names for places, but the content she comes from is a desert land that has like 5 towns spread across the whole thing. There are other places in the world, it’s not just a huge desert.
And yes, she does, but not much.

I will let you know that I’m so horrible at coming up with world names, so the story Carrie is from currently has ONE town name for the whole universe. 😑 I have places in that universe, but absolutely nothing is named as far as lands go.
