Which I can’t say the same for you!” Nora grabbed her spear from where it was strapped to her back and in less than a second had it aimed at Kate’s chest, keeping a space between them with the spear. Before Nora could do anymore, an armored glove grabbed her spear, pulling it away from Kate using his superior strength. Nahim sighed.
“Ya know, Noranay, my headache would feel so much better if I didn’t have to worry about you. And as for you, Lady Katilia Atmor, I suggest you don’t anger a Firehead. She may have the heritage of Helm, but her mother and her carry the red hair of the Firehead, and had she been full-blood of that clan, you would be dead right now.I don’t want to see you two ever fighting again, with words or with weapons. If I do, I will interfere.”
Btw, if Kate tries anything on Nora, you can be sure that Nahim will take the blow instead of Nora, since he is very protective of her.

Nahim watched Kate march off. He looked Noranay as she put the spear back in its place,
“Does she remind you of someone?” Nora snorted.
“A stuck-up person who thinks she knows everything. And has survived it. I’d like to see her survive a Terror Bomb.” Nahim looked back at Kate.
“She’s similar to me.” Nora stared at Nahim.
“You! You at least were more polite.”
“I was stubborn, and thought I had survived everything. Angry and hurting. She’s like me, as I used to be.”

Ottoline watched as Kate and Nora squabbled. They were fighting again. She didn’t like it when people fought. She had seen that too many times in her life.
Finally Nahim stopped the fight, but Ottoline could still feel the tension emanating from both women.
She went to the window and looked out. It was a beautiful sunrise, and the colors seemed to quiet Ottoline’s anxious heart. They were expected to fight dragons. With swords. How was she supposed to wield one if she could barely pick one up? Who was going to be training them?
And then she saw Ellis purposefully coming towards her. What does he want? Ottoline wondered.

Am I right in assuming that none of the characters except Ellis (and maybe one or two others) know who is training who? Because I was thinking that maybe Ellis could tell Ottoline or something like that and they could start a conversation.
