Fennin sighed, shaking his head. Zahlin and Nahim had been bothering him for the past days, threatening to duel again, while Queen Silvae was begging them to rest, especially Nahim, who looked like he was going to pass out most of the time.
Nora and Kate had gotten in an argument earlier that morning over Kate getting into Nora’s business. And Nora had gotten mad at Nahim for not telling her about his head injury.
Ellis and Ottoline were having a time teaching, and after visiting them that morning, Fennin decided only he and Tren, his best friend, would be going with the rest of the party. Ellis, Ottoline, Kaine and Snake were doing a good job under the circumstances, and the newly-forged weapons were good, but most Lillening’s could barely wield the wooden ones, let alone the metal versions.
Only Tren seemed to be able to, with Fennin. Besides, Tren would never let Fennin go alone.
Now the end of the two weeks was coming, and almost all the preparations were made. Standing among all of his guests congregated in the men’s bedroom, he quietly asked,
“Is there anything any of you want?”
He was lost for any other words than that to begin with.
"You need French Toast."

Fennin looked with weary eyes at the anthropomorphic dragon that seemed very eager to get going and kill other dragons.
“Rake scales?.” He paused, it must be a saying from his world. Shrugging, he continued. “We will set out first to the forest region, Silva. From there, we shall go through all the regions of Lillen, reclaiming the stones. Does that answer your inquiry, Snake?”

I started the map of Lillen, but haven’t finished it. Hope you don’t mind, it is right now on lined writing paper cuz that’s what I had on hand.
