I just had a spectacularly fiendish idea… What does everyone think of this:
These character fights are so much fun, it will be a shame once the characters are on their quest and can’t keep fighting each other. What if we added…evil characters? I don’t know how that would work in terms of story, but I think it could be fun to have some villainous characters working against the heroes. If people don’t want to do it, that’s fine—just thought I’d throw it out their as an option.

But I get what your saying, and that would be fun, but I just won’t add my villains cuz this is what would happen…
1 VC (villain character) would want to kill everyone
2 VC would want to torture then kill everyone
3 Nahim would kill VC immediately (shout out to Canin)
4 VC be lame.
