I’m usually most active from 7:00-8:00 in the morning, and then afternoons on weekdays, and evenings on Saturdays (central time).

but the swords you guys are talking about here are probably different than the ones he’s used to using. That would be funny.
Yeah, Nahim is making a crystal sword like he uses, but they’ll probably make some normal weapons too, because they don’t have many materials. We were thinking it would make sense for them to give crystal swords to less skilled people to compensate.

“So are we rattling off lists of things we’ve survived now?” Zahlin said. He glanced at the other two. “Get out of the way and don’t run for Fennin.” He glared at Nahim. “He has no right to stop us.”
Nahim stared back, shedding his armor to make the fight more fair.* He drew his sword, the green blade glowed and even pulsed as Nahim readied himself for the fight. This was the same blade he had used to kill the mormaka, and Vorgan, and many Nanians. It was the same blade he drew when he charged into the Nanian ranks at the Second Invasion of Laxan. This blade had a history of death and destruction.
“You don’t know who you are talking to Zahlin. I am no normal lord.” His eyes seemed like fire with an almost evil glint. He charged, and the two blades clashed in an awful sound. Metal clang and crystal sang, the strained against each others strength, their faces lit by a glow of green.
*Nahim can by command cause all his armor to drop from his Mithweve suit. There’s like a quick glow and flash at the edges of the plates and it drops. His doesn’t have any straps, unlike some.

He had a thread of the blood of Thurston, first Emperor of the Realn. And he never showed more than a fraction of the great hero’s blood that flowed even a little bit in his veins.

Nahim smiled. “At least I have an honest opponent. And honestly, I think that we can match each other.” He swung in from the side, but was blocked. Zahlin stabbed and Nahim moved to the side, letting the sword miss him by a couple inches. “I usually have defeated my opponents by now.”

“I usually have defeated my opponents by now.” Nahim said as he dodged Zahlin’s strike. Zahlin hung back, looking for an opening. “Not against me, while with a splitting headache.” He said, attempting to strike again, “Not against me at all.”

Splitting headache was right. Nahum’s head was complaining about the sudden movements. But he kept on, dodging, blinking, striking, missing. He studied the style Zahlin fought. It is good, skilled, practised, expieranced. He didn’t hold his blade like he had learned more recently, no, Zahlin was taught when he was young.
By the way, Nahim’s left arm is weaker, especially in the shoulder, since his shoulder was crushed and had to be replaced once (long story, but that’s where he got his green sword).
