ALRIGHT! For the last time. I feel bad sharing this even still… please just know that I am seriously not trying to just push my book on everyone.
and if this doesn’t work I’ma just forget it forever.Anyhow… here are a few Flaz clips from my novel for personality reference. I meant to share them earlier but I became self-conscious and indecisive, and Wyoh was being EXTREMELY mean. My mom hasn’t edited these yet, so sorry if they sound crazy/bad… 😅 😬 *cringes*…
Anyway… here they are:

“Could you please be quiet, Flaz?” Frin grumbled, “I am trying to read a book.”
“Trying, huh?” Flaz laughed. He walked over to his brother and looked down at the book, “Why would you ‘try’ to read a book when you already know how? Like, you don’t have to ‘try’, you can just ‘do’.”
“Ugh, please, Flaz,” Frin rolled onto his back and laid the book over his face, “All that is beyond the point. What I need, is for you to go talk to yourself somewhere else—like in the bathroom. Thank you.“
“Thank you?” Flaz laughed, “Why are you saying ‘thank you’ when I haven’t even left yet?”
“Well as soon as you leave, I don’t have a chance to say it, because you are gone,” Frin sighed. He kick one leg off his bed and tapped his fingers on the white sheets.
Flaz walked away from his brother and sat down on the floor. He puckered his lips and said, “Well, at that point you can thank yourself for kicking me out.”
“Oh, forget it. I’ll go read somewhere else,” Frin rolled off the bed and stood up. He pulled several of his textbooks and novels off his bedside shelf and stomped out the room. Flaz watched him disappear down the hall.
“Say…. whatever is that attitude for?” Flaz shrugged. He laughed to himself and sat down on the edge of the bed—thinking for a moment.

The woman at the front of the gym held a jar in her hands. The man standing next to her began to call group numbers and assign community service tasks to them depending on the note he drew out of the jar.
Flaz perked up a little, hoping that perhaps he’d be assigned something easy. He mumble to himself, “We’re group eight… group eight. Don’t pull something too hard. Wait, are you being lazy, Flaz? Oh, not at all—I just don’t wanna be out in the sun…”
“Group eight,” The man standing near the jar called after some time, “if you are in group eight, I want you to listen. We are pulling a task for group eight!”
Flaz looked up. He tapped the tips of his fingers on the ground and whispered to himself, “Please don’t draw something too hard. Please be kind to my back and arms. Please. Please.”
The man reached into the jar and pulled a tab. He read, “Community service task: park cleaning.”
“No!” Flaz grumbled as he smacked the floor—he quickly regretted doing that. He rubbed his throbbing palm while murmuring to himself, “That’s just what I was hoping we wouldn’t get! We’re doomed! I hate community service. This is all a bunch of trash! Life is horrible.”

“Yo!” Flaz hollered as he stepped into the Jefferson foyer. His siblings trailed in behind him, each with a bright smile lighting up their round faces. Flaz stood with his legs wide apart, and he tossed his half-shaven head. He threw an arm around Ira and hugged him, “Hey there, neighbor!“
Ira smiled, “Hello, Flaz!”
“Ah, no need to get all technical and professional,” Flaz said, throwing his arm onto Ira’s shoulder, “Everyone calls me Flazzy, and only my teachers call me Flaz. ”
“Very well,” Ira said, laughing quietly. A short pause followed.
Sorry if those clips were too long… I’ma share this before I become indecisive again, and hopefully Wyoh does not try to bully me once more… 😅😑

I understand not wanting to show other people your stuff because you don’t want to be pushy. That’s my greatest fear on here, and no amount of sharing or not-sharing seems to feel right. But seriously, don’t feel guilty because I asked for snippets in the first place and this is exactly what I wanted :]

Yup, you got that right. I do know a lot of characters get killed off early in the Cornucopia phase, so it’s not like I’ll have to write twelve+ POVS every day XD I’m just excited to have something else to do other than my projects. And it will all be outlined by random generation, so no plotting!

😝 I think I know him well enough, but feel free to post clips if you feel inclined. Nothing is too much.
(Unless everyone expects me to mention all of the information in the scenes somehow… because if so, I’m dead. Y’all have so much world-building it’s crazy.)

Wait, people are eliminated by random generation? XD That’s hilarious. I suppose that makes sense, otherwise some characters would have no chance. So, a generator will randomly select that somebody “killed” someone else, and then you’ll have to write it in a way that makes sense?

also, I admire you for doing this…I’d be so afraid of getting everyone’s characters wrong that I wouldn’t want to write them. I’ve only ever had the bravery to write Godly’s characters😂

I am also afraid of that… But I’m leaning on the fact that this is an AU, and this is going to a darker version of these characters.
And people can just laugh at my attempts XD
I’m actually going through the simulator right now and – wow. That’s all I gotta say. A lot of it actually works, but there are some kills where I’ll have to get creative. I have so many ideas tho!

Yeah…although I think it’d be fun. I was looking at a list of AU ideas and saw a hero/villain AU and thought: “wouldn’t it be interesting if a bunch of everyone on KP’s characters were either heroes or villains?”
and it’d be randomly generated so I wouldn’t pick and choose who’s a hero and who’s a villain, hehe
