XD I get it, a lot of other people who are unfamiliar mistake him as a girl too. Most anime girls in this game genre are over the top feminine, with curly hair down to their legs, dresses and heels. So that’s why I can always tell.

Yes. hehe. He’s actually quite bubbly and humorous most of the time but underneath it all he has a lot of responsibility and can be serious when it matters, and I wanted to depict that side of him.

I was just so greatly honored by someone. The piece of Baron on my pfp apparently deeply inspired her where she left this comment under him on Unvale.
I asked for more details and we chatted over Discord. Good thing we did, as she has a policy not to work with anyone underage (which I am). I’m sad it didn’t work out for her, and I had no where to turn her to for more inspiration besides flowers XD because that piece of Baron genuinely came simply from my love of flowers and from my imagination of Baron. She said she “really liked the mood of the piece. The soft style, the expression of the character, dreamy vibe that inspired me creatively.”
I never would have dreamed someone would say that about my art, or anything like that at all. I am flattered.

@rae I don’t want to disappoint you at all and I don’t know anything for sure, but I got the same comment almost word for word on one of my characters a bit ago from the same account. Something seemed very suspicious about it to me. She had only liked the one character which was the first that shows up on my profile and not my best art in my opinion, she hadn’t followed me, and she had only just joined unvale when she made the comment on my character. Also most artists don’t offer money to use other art as inspiration in my experience. Plus her profile is very empty and she hasn’t posted any characters or responded to some of the comments from other people on her profile. I told her no thanks, and then deleted the comment before taking a screenshot like an idiot. I don’t have anything concrete, but I have been keeping an eye on this account for a couple weeks, and I just want to warn you to be careful about possible scammers. I don’t think this person had the best intentions even if she did draw the line at minors, lol. If this person is genuine though and is very inspired by your art, then that’s really cool! Your art genuinely deserves that kind of attention imo. Just be careful, especially with people who are eager to flatter you.
