A sketch of Sniper! One of my illustrations for my fanfic. Finished him today.
Drawing the rifle in the correct proportions to his body is annoying lol.
Fun fact: I tried my best to copy this directly from a panel in one of the official lore comics. I’d show it to you and ask how I did, but he’s got a bit more blood on him in the original and I’m not sure how much of that is tolerated by KP’s guidelines. Like, it isn’t gory or anything but it’s there.

He’s right about to counter-snipe the guy who shot him. And then make a big deal about how real snipers aim for the head and not the chest cause it’s a quicker kill.
not necessarily to be merciful (although I’m sure he’s gonna think of that now since he’s gone through it–bleeding pretty much to death after being shot twice in the torso is not something you’d forget), but also because if you hit the head, they’re deader than dead, but if you go for anything else, there’s a chance they can get back up and kill you.

K, I don’t have a young Rory face claim, but this is him when he’s older, (about eighteen) it still gives you an idea of how he looks. He’s sixteen right now, 6’2″, but otherwise looks just about like this, though a little younger.

Kinda random, but I wasn’t sure where else to ask this cause it technically is a drawing-related question: What did you guys imagine Old Hunter to be like? Did you have a specific appearance in mind for him when you read about him?
I was thinking of drawing him interrogating Huntress as an illustration for the fanfic, and I have some basic ideas for his design (things he has in common with his younger counterpart, and the fact that he’s a Sunekite), and he has a real name, Sheridan, but other than that I haven’t narrowed down much, and I decided maybe you guys could help with that.

Kinda surprised no one threw in a joke about these guys aging badly. Apart from Old Heavy, at least, who’s not shown in this picture but basically looks like the version above with gray hair instead of black.

My drawing from two days ago turned into a sort of comic. My favorite part is for some reason the feathers flying around the sound effect.
I was gonna say “slight unrealistic blood warning” then I realized my camera barely picked it up lol
Gonna use it as an illustration for my fic, specifically this scene:
…we sprinted past the window, where we could see the clear shapes of the older team members threatening our Spy, whose disguise had since faded. His injuries would not camouflage with him if he tried to hide, so I could see why he hadn’t tried that.
The two both wielded revolvers and had left their primary weapons on a nearby table. I looked to our team’s Sniper, and we both smirked as we realized just what to do. We snuck through the open pane in the corner, our enemies completely oblivious to us.
Meanwhile, Old Hunter pressed his gun to Spy’s stomach. “We don’t want you dyin’ quick. We’re gonna take our time with this. Virgil, where in tarnation did you put my knife—”
He and his companion both turned to see Sniper holding up his counterpart’s rifle.
Old Sniper sighed and dropped his revolver, his feathered tail flicking. “Now think this through for a second, son—”
Bang. Point blank headshot. The Ornithiform fell dead.
Old Hunter registered the reality of this a second later and turned to run. Bang. He, too, lost his head in a matter of milliseconds.
I stepped gingerly over his dead body…
I didn’t draw Huntress, Spy or Old Hunter in it, but they probably wouldn’t be in view anyway.

I think I imagined him looking like Sniper exactly older and some things off with his appearance like maybe different eye color or with a scar somewhere
