And yes, I’m a huge Star Wars fan. I feel like I kinda prefer the shows to the movies, though. (waits for everyone to throw harmelss things at me)
Andor was GREAT. There was a scene in one episode my dad had to skip, and a sorta iffy relationship between two characters (they didn’t show anything less than appropriate though), but other than that I loved it. My dad says it would be cool even if it weren’t set in the Star Wars universe—it would’ve made a great show on its own!
Where'd I get ya this time? The liver? The kidney? I'm runnin' outta places to put holes in ya.

My favorite shows? Clone Wars (but only part of it), Rebels, and Bad Batch. I greatly enjoyed The Mandalorian and the rest of the live-action ones, but I kinda prefer the animated shows….? Andor was something of an exception somehow.

I get frustrated with my drawings pretty often too, so I get it. I have some tips and I hope they’re helpful. 🙂
1. Draw as often as you can. Even if everything you are drawing doesn’t look perfect the practice really helps.
2. Using references is actually really great. I still use them all the time, and I actively think about the different shapes and how they interact as I’m drawing.
3. Throw away the reference picture when you’re done. No Matt how good they are, my drawings very rarely look as good as the reference, so I try to not look at it after I’m done. It kinda seems silly, but it keeps me from getting discouraged or spending another unnecessary hour fixing and being a perfectionist with the drawing.

Okay, okay, I was raised on clone wars. I love it (I was literally just watching it) And I love bad batch and rebels and mandalorian was really really good. I wasn’t a big fan of Kenobi and book of Boba Fett, though. Definitely prefer the animated shows. 😁
Also, do you like the extended universe at all? Cause I’m rereading the Thrawn trilogy right now and I LOVE it
The throwing away your reference is a really good idea! But what happens when you copied it from a comic or movie and now you can’t read/watch it without feeling sad 😣

I really liked Andor and thought it was one of the best things I’ve ever seen. However Andor doesn’t feel like a normal Star Wars movie/tv series. It is more like a plot heavy political thriller/spy movie set in the Star Wars universe. Also I would say It is a bit dark for Star Wars (probably slightly darker than rouge one)
I can agree the shows are better.
If I had to pick a movie it would be rouge one if that counts. Otherwise idk. The prequels are better than the sequels though.

#ProtectSebRouge One is really good! I don’t know if I can pick a favorite movie, but I like the original movies more than the prequels and both far surpass the sequels. I also think a big part of why I like all the prequel characters so much is because of Clone Wars (which I watched before the movies). Clone Wars Anakin is the best.
