That’s interesting. It would be cool to look back through the book to find what exactly it was missing that made you unable to connect. That’s what I love to do when I read a book I don’t like. Pinpoint everything little thing that made me dislike it. It really helps me out with my writing.

It has no language or sexual content (that is something I’m very strict about). It’s adventures of a sister and brother and their journies growing up and crossing the lands. It doesn’t have gory violence, but there are many battles. It’s no more violent than the LoTR. I wrote it for teens.
