Also, how much does the DM have to tweak a campaign in order to fit the players in? I’ve heard that you have to give the DM a character sheet first, and I’d imagine a character-centered game will have to juggle all the character motives. Like how much do the DM and the player have to collaborate before the game?

I already have some questions! Thanks for the topic, Andrew. XD
First of all, how difficult is it to learn the game? Second, how far can a person make up lore for DnD, on top of whatever campaign setting they use? For example, I was reading about warlocks and it didn’t give a list of patrons, so I assumed you make up your own.

Oh cool! Have you ever played a game? How does designing a character work? (If you’ve done that)
Well, that’s more experience than me. XD
Oh, and did that pudding ever thicken?
NOOO it DIDN’T
The flavor is still good, though. :p

Does anyone have experience playing DnD? We talked about it on the meet-up call today, and I’ve done a bit of research.
(I know this probably isn’t the best place to ask, but I’m also interested to see if most people avoid the game, or whatever.)

Aw, I’m sorry to hear that, I’ll be praying for you.
Thanks man 🙂
It is the morning of the dance. The party will start in the evening so there’s still plenty of time.

I think it would depend on how traumatized Alan’s instincts are. It makes sense for somebody in panic to fly off into risky situations, but if he has the sense to think about how he’s going to travel and hide, then he might have to put some thought into where he is going.

*Laughs* Sounds like you know how to steel the show.

Huh. Your brain went to securing the definition of henchman, while I almost immediately looked for what else to do with them. Interesting.

Lol, got it. What would you use Iskyagus’ henchmen for? I already said my first gut idea, but I bet you and Ducktator have different thoughts.

Hugo
“Hi.” Hugo welcomed Lois in a friendly tone. “The outfit judgement from younger kids is real.”
A second later, a bell rang. It wasn’t the normal school bell, but a large one inside a grandfather clock in the library common room. The cartoon rabbit twisted from surprise, and his ears trembled.
“Oh gosh, I’ve forgotten first period.” Hugo stuffed his book away and slid off the armchair, narrowly avoiding his cup of tea on the coffee table. Science was his worst subject, but he could manage. He stood next to the clock for a moment, straightening his coiled sable vest, and glanced at the other boys. “You better check tour schedules. This might be an unlucky moment for you too.”
Marcel
Marcel squinted at the shocked student in the ghostly guy’s hand, and shook his head. “You can never tell. Might just look like a innocent bystander. Anyway, you heading to class or…? What’s your name?”
