Good with me! What kind of setting will the characters be dropped into?
My idea was basically to have a “drop-zone” that would include the outskirts of a city, and possibly part of a bordering forest. It would be night, and they would have a chance of running into patrolling evil henchmen. This way, people can drop their characters in…[Read more]

Alright, I’m not sure who all I’ll add but I know one character I want, so I’ll introduce him now.
Klethen
(some of you may remember him if you were ever in the Dark Castle RP)
Klethen is about 5’11”, with a light olive skin tone and unruly dark brown hair. His eyes are pale gold and monolid.
His clothes are loose, and he has strips of cloth…[Read more]

Do we have a storyline or plot that I haven’t been made aware of……….?
I believe Jonas has an idea for the storyline and he’ll sort of guide the RP along? I think he’ll explain more when we start.
You can introduce your character now.
Your drawings are really good!

I just realized this is an adventure rp, so there’s probably going to be a lot of action, but most of my characters are useless in a fight lol
In the original Character Party, there were a lot of characters like that (although most of them were probably already there before it turned into a fantasy adventure.) Interactions between cha…[Read more]

At this point, all but five of the people that I have on my list of interested in this RP have chosen at least one character, so it seems like we should be able to start soon. Would everyone be good with me kicking things off tomorrow morning? That gives everyone who hasn’t picked their characters yet the rest of the day to decide (and it’s also…[Read more]

Yeah, that’s pretty much what I was thinking. I was going to give the characters a bit of time to meet each other before that, because I think it’s better to let them interact individually before having them pulled into what would essentially be a big group meeting.

Basically, the idea was that the inhabitants of this world used magic to pull in people from other dimensions to help them. This is how we did it in the Character Party RP, and it worked fairly well there. It does add some nice tension between the characters, although that sometimes got a bit old. It has the benefit of us not needing…[Read more]

I just wanted to clarify what Rosemary’s journal can do to make sure it isn’t a game-breaking power. When you say that whatever she writes in it becomes real, does that just mean she can essentially manifest objects by writing them? Or does it have the power to control events as well? (For example, would writing “And Joe died” m…[Read more]

Thanks! It’s been stewing around in my head for a while now, and I only recently finalized it, so I kind of wanted to give it a test run in this RP.

I have chosen my second character.
Ilahna Myhothia Anodel
(Pronounced “ee-LAH-nah mee-HO-thee-uh AH-no-del”.)
Ilahna is 5′ 8″, with shoulder-length curly red hair, and round glasses. She wears noble’s clothing, specifically a navy-blue doublet, and carries no visible weapon.
She is very scholarly and likes investigating things. She thinks very…[Read more]

Basically just typical fantasy level technology. Medieval essentially.
I don’t have any problem with modern characters. Even sci-fi is perfectly acceptable. If you don’t want to put in a modern character, though, that’s fine, but it’s perfectly allowed.
