@seekjustice Because of my tendency to try and find basis and origin for things lately I’ve been wondering if Beauty and the Beast was inspired by Nebuchadnezzar. What do you think? 😉
I’ve been over analyzing this question and came up with a few things.
One, I seem to remember that Jean was the only one who really kept the old books, and…[Read more]

@seekjustice I hated Chessy and Justice in the first book, because he was not a Christian. But that was fixed in the second book – and they had window scenes – so I liked them. 😉
Thanks again for the window scenes. 😛

@seekjustice Well, in the stage play, Odette comes on to dance first, then Anastasia sings while she’s dancing. Next Siegfried comes on, and Dimitri sings his part while he’s dancing. Then the corps de ballet come on and the grandmother sings, and then the magician comes on, and Gleb sings while he’s dancing. So that’s simple. But that got me…[Read more]

I still maintain I’m not great at romances.
You keep saying that, and I keep telling you that there are several couples in your Infinity series that people liked. 😛
- Chessy and Justice (Your sister, Jen, me, possibly others that I don’t recall)
- Sapphire and Quillon (Everyone… 😛 )
- Chessy and Jonas (Everyone)
- Chessy and Z…

@seekjustice I noticed something about Anastasia in the live production that I hadn’t noticed before, which was the symbolism/parallels between Swan Lake and Anastasia’s story, when they go to the ballet. (I was a huge ballet fan as a kid… 😉 ) I think it became one of my favorite parts of the show. Do you know the plot of Swan Lake?
Also, @ali…[Read more]

@seekjustice Apparently you’re at night church and probably won’t receive this post until long after I’ve been asleep, but…
My brother took me to see Anastasia the musical today!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

@seekjustice Bathshua would be pretty helpless, even if her arm wasn’t broken and she wasn’t feverish. 😉 The best she could do would probably be flail and scream. Yishay and Kashti would use their everyday long knives. Yarin would use words.
One last question, before I depart. 😀
What would be the easiest way to make your c…[Read more]

@seekjustice I see. 🙂
CDs/CD players (I feel you can’t have one without the other)
I find your logic quite hilarious, for some reason, but I do agree with you. It’s probably the inevitability of your statement that makes it funny. 😛
@valtmy My characters would likely all prefer classic style Jewish music/songs, such as Hava Nagila, because it…[Read more]

@valtmy Haha, yeah, I guess so. But I was meaning modern musicals, and you answered for that, so it works. 😉
At this point, I think it would be Kashti, whom you all have met only very briefly. He would show no mercy. 😛
@seekjustice You may steal it if you wish. 😛 I have no idea where I first heard it. Probably in some old historical fi…[Read more]

@valtmy 😛 Sorry. Here’s one. @seekjustice
If your character were to star in a musical, which one would it be? (Sorry, Valtmy, I’m not sure how many musicals you’ve seen. But I think you’ve seen a few, right?)

@valtmy I would probably choose Yishay. After all, he’s part of a gang-ish group, so he’d know how to get around in tough places and be able to get info from “unsavory characters”. 😛
@seekjustice I think Bathshua would probably be called Vanity (because her life seemed full before, but her father’s vanity – emptiness – consumed it, and also…[Read more]

Ooh, spoilers! 😛 But generally speaking, Bathshua would prefer to forget the circumstances of her father’s death.
Okay, here’s a question:
How would your character react to living in 2018? 😛

My argument is that while the beginning or middle of stories can be depressing, the ending should always be happy, because the entirety of our story has a happy ending: God wins. 😉
Even Romeo and Juliet, one of the most famous tragedies of all time, has a good thing happen in the end: the Montague and Capulet families resolve their…[Read more]

@valtmy My first thought was “I don’t think she has any – I should probably give her one…” 😉
Bathshua does fix her veil quite often, though. I’m not sure if that can count, since there are very few women who are able to wear veils without fixing them repeatedly throughout the day, 😛 but it is something she does, and I’ve mentioned her doing…[Read more]

I’m wondering if I even want to read your book anymore. It sounds depressing. 😛
Please tell me it has a happy ending! 😉

Okay: What is the first thing your character thinks of when he/she wakes up in the morning?

@valtmy @seekjustice Sorry, that took a bit longer than I expected.
…and I got distracted chatting with my mom. 😉
Okay, Valtmy’s question: Bathshua would most likely tell a lie to prevent people from finding out who her father was. Or she would tell a lie to protect her family.
SeekJustice’s question: Bathshua is interested in getting…[Read more]

@seekjustice Oh, I see. No, that’s what we discussed before, and I agree with you. 😉 That’s why I don’t want to watch it. For some reason I interpreted your previous post to mean that you disliked the fact that they cast a really good actress to play in such an awful film, because if they cast an actress that did a bad job, people wouldn’t li…[Read more]
