Here we go. Are you ready?
I think you can tell what direction I’m going with this, but I want to hear your thoughts before we see what Alan does. What do you think Alan should do and why?

Forgot to return here.
The last chapter I wrote was 2,546 words long, so I think I got through all those snowballs.
Now I have 20. What to do with them?
Throws 4 at each of the following:

@highscribeofaetherium

Next chapter. 30 chapters now. Wow.
Chapter the 30th – The Regretful
Also, of those of you who found spell images disturbing, there will be no more descriptions of them for the remained of this book. So you can continue reading without have to worry about that.

Stupendous points! Those are things I’ve thought about with a shudder. Some of our soldiers captured in Afghanistan were women. In one situation, she was the only one to survive because the medical staff of the place didn’t want to see her die.
Our Marine grandfather told my mother that she’d enlist “over his dead body.” Meanwhile, a…[Read more]

Yes! These are just what I have running through my mind and never put on paper!
My dad was in the military and is now in law enforcement and one thing he always says is, “When I get shot, I’d rather have A guy carry me out then a woman try to drag me out and end up getting us both killed.” He’s a very tall, muscular guy, and I honestly…[Read more]

Very good practical points. I had a very similar discussion with my dad about two hours ago. 👍

Well, I’m glad to find someone who does agree. It’s a lonely stance.
Hopefully anything I said was helpful!

honestly I think something like that actually exactly what @stephie was going for. The guy either doesn’t know any better or is something of a coward, and the girl is forced to lead because of it.
Off topic: I wonder if I’ll get an email if I tag myself. @stephie
Anyways, yes, that was what I was going for. There are a few sit…[Read more]

@ellette-giselle I mean, I DID say that was the exception as opposed to the rule, so if you’re trying to counter my argument, we’re actually kinda saying the same thing.

Okay. I’ll be working on that right away. I did get called into work unexpectedly today, so it will take longer than I was hoping, but I hopefully will post the next chapter soon.

I also really want another chapter from Linus.
Of TNPT or the boy stranded on the island story I’ve been putting on this forum?
How did you get Mark Rober on your side?

Heyyyy I missed this topic’s beginning while I was gone, but I’m glad I found out about it now! It was quite interesting reading through everything, and now I have so many thoughts I don’t know what to do with them lol!
I do have one thought for you, though. I’m not gonna repeat everything the others were saying, but my one suggestion…[Read more]

TBH, Whaley, Ellette and Koshka are all basically saying riffs on the same thing from what I can tell. It’s ok to have a girl fighting if she needs to (or if she thinks she needs to, which could be an important character arc), but don’t make her into what’s basically a guy with long hair and wide hips. (I mean, like the judge Deborah in…[Read more]
