I go to a French school and during COVID, they got really annoyed with us using LOL in the chat. So they taught us to say MDR instead: mort de rire, which means dead from laughing. So I’m used to saying that instead.

Looks like we’re reading A Basket of Flowers by Christoph von Schmid! 90% of people voted for it. We also didn’t really get many requests to shorten or lengthen the time span to read it, so we’ll stick to a month. Discussions will start August 15th.

So…I think it’s a really good idea. I mean, this is a dark world, although it’s not as dark as the world you might be writing about. But it’s still riddled with sin. So it’s been a long time since I posted here and the world has somehow tiptoed into June. I don’t know how. So I’m thinking we should most probably get a move on with our next book. I think I’ll post the forms for suggestions tomorrow. Any thoughts?
