WELCOME TO THE BESTESTIEST PLACE ON THE INTERNET!!! 😀
Yay! You’re here! 😀 😀
But watch out. There’s been a lot of dying on here lately. I barely escaped by simply not logging in on “the day of death.” 😉 Although I haven’t fared so well over on @writefury‘s website. 🙂
Hmmm… How about… Dagger of Flame? I don’t know. The Swirling Blade of…[Read more]

@sarah-h I got into a year long debate with an evolutionist online once. I mainly had to deal with condescension and some rudeness, but nothing too bad…at least not for me since when it comes to things like that, I frankly don’t care what people think of me. It was quite an experience though.

Okay, so I have no idea how you guys make your characters, but if I don’t write something down, it doesn’t exist. In light of that, I have a list of character’s appearances and traits that I use for all my protagonists. I posted them for two reasons: the first is simply to share them with any other visual learners and the second is to see if I’ve…[Read more]

@sarah-h No worries. Good night, sleep tight, and don’t let the bed bugs bite. 🙂

@sarah-h Sign up for the KP newsletter and you’ll get a picture every so often for a story 250-500 words and another picture for a six-word story, (which is what Claire is doing above)

@sarah-h You’re right. It i Wigglesworth. His first name is Smith, so I guess I was confusing both.
The book I have is Apostle of Faith. A Man Called Peter is about a Scottish minister who went from Chaplain to United State Senate in nineteen years. This one was a bit more about him and his wife Catherine Marshall, but it still had some of his…[Read more] -

@sarah-h You’re right. It i Wigglesworth. His first name is Smith, so Swigglesworth is just first and last name combined. 😉

@clairec I like no. 2. That’s probably my favourite out of all of them, followed by #4 then #1 and then #3. Does that help you? You’ve got the right idea. (And I just got my email with it today.) 🙂

Who knows if I’m even allowed to do this, but I wanted to ask you, @bluejay and @sarah-h, if you would have a quick read of a couple of my ideas for this month’s (September) six word story contest. In case you’ve forgotten or haven’t gotten it yet, here’s the picture…

So here’s some of my ‘stories’.

@bluejay, yeah, sorry, that wasn’t very explanatory was it? 🙂 My family was distracting! 😛 That’s why I didn’t get much done! Your name problems make perfect sense! 🙂

@clairec So did you have distractions or not? Sorry I got confused by your post above. Naming people is so hard, cause you need the right name. And it will feel wrong until it’s right. *whoa, that seems like common sense* *pauses and wonders whether to post it* *submits it anyway*
