So, I said a while back in this topic that I was preparing for a piano exam. Well, it’s happening tomorrow! (12th May, 9:50 AEST) I’m pretty nervous, but am trying to trust the Lord for strength.
Please pray that I will rely on Him and that I would give the glory to Him. 🙂

@His-Instrument I like the book the best. I never really cared for the Charlton Heston Ben-Hur, though I did like the newer version. The ending I felt was a bit rushed, but I did like the changes they made, especially with the Judah/Messala storyline.

@That_Writer_Girl_99 yeah, I like the movies, but they have absolutely nothing on the books. I’d really recommend you read them. I won’t say they’re perfect but since I’m a writer I don’t think I’ll ever find a perfect book and those come pretty close.

@audrey-caylin @that_writer_girl_99 Actually, it’s already finished. You could say I’m editing the first draft. It stands at about 83,000 words, though I have major tweaking to do, because like you, Audrey, I have to incorporate some Christian themes into this thing, making it partway analogy. That has to be hardest part of this book. 😛
