I’ve read both the books, but it’s been a while. I think I borrowed them using interlibrary loans or whatever. They were pretty good. Probably worth rereading at some point soon. If you can borrow them anywhere, you should.

It also reminds me of Dust! You should definitely check it out, if you’re going to write a Peter Pan retelling. I’ve never really been huge about Peter Pan (know the basic story, don’t think I’ve seen the movie or read it—most of my knowledge is from Dust 😅) but this sounds like an interesting twist on it!
