@bluejay *yawn* I’m too tired tonight, actually. Maybe tomorrow? You know what, I didn’t get your notification earlier, but I was still writing. So we did write together today; we just didn’t know it. 🙂
I’m going to change my notifications from a banner to an alert, which is much more obvious, so hopefully I won’t miss them anymore. 🙂 -

@clairec @bluejay Remember how I asked you to pray for me being a youth leader? Answered prayer: these past two Sundays the Holy Spirit has really been with me and helped me, and this past Sunday I was able to pray with one of my girls; it was awesome. I love being a youth leader; when the Holy Spirit is with me, and I can sense Him, it’s not…[Read more]

@clairec You have the coolest topic ideas. 🙂 Ooh, you’re a small group leader too?! I will definitely be praying! 🙂 *makes note in diary*
Here’s my prayer request: I might be going on a Mexico missions trip at the end of the year, and I’m trying to teach myself Spanish, but I really need God’s help learning it. Hispanic people speak so fast! So…[Read more]

@dragon-snapper Oops, I missed you notification. I am still writing- er, outlining, which isn’t really writing, but I’m still doing it, if you want to join me. 🙂
@bluejay Oh, I hope I can. I have no idea what we’re doing tonight. I’ll try my best, though. 🙂

@bluejay I know it’s probably like six in the morning over there, but I’m going to try and get some writing done while my brothers are in history class, so if by some wonderful chance you’re on here this early, I’d love for you to join me. 🙂

@bluejay I’ll be asleep by then. 🙂 I really want to write some more soon; it’s been getting harder to find a time when my brothers aren’t using all the electronics (I think that’s the wrong word for it, but oh well). Hopefully tomorrow I’ll be able to write some. 🙂

@bluejay We’re on at the same time!! Yay! I’ll tell him that. He’ll be encouraged to know that someone on the other side of the world is praying for him. 🙂 And he’s not the only one who needs it. This morning our pastor preached a sermon saying that he believes in theistic evolution, and Genesis is just figurative. My other brother (I have four;…[Read more]

@bluejay Have you tried this kind yet? I wish I could have found lists with better words in them; the first two look pretty hopeless.

@bluejay @clairec Oh, thank you! He’s sleeping right now, but tomorrow I’ll ask him about it. From what I’ve seen though, I think he needs help arguing in a way that doesn’t make the other side super defensive. I guess you would call it tactfulness? He’s never had a conversation like this before, and he’s learning the hard way. Some other people…[Read more]

@anne-of-lothlorien You’re in the League of the Scarlet Pimpernel too?!? It’s a wonder we haven’t met before. Though, if truth be told, I spend most of my adventures deep undersea with a certain nameless submarine captain. 🙂 And Robin Hood…have you ever read Robin’s Country? That is my absolute favorite version of Robin Hood, although it’s far…[Read more]
