My charries almost never have colored hair or makeup, probably because 1, I mostly write fantasy so it would seem really out of place for someone or have blue hair, and 2, I have zero internet in smearing wax and powder all over my face aka makeup, so I usually forget it exists lol.

I was born in Ohio and everyone there calls it pop, but in Az everyone calls it soda. So I can go either way, but it will always be pop first and foremost.

Oh okay. Maybe make that more obvious somehow. You could spell in speedearing, which looks more distinct. It’s easy to not notice when the only difference is the repetition of a letter.

The only thing I noticed was this:

“Nahim, I still think you should have joined the speeder races. Your speedering is excellent.”

“My brother’s speedeering was exquisite.” A small point was made on the last word.

“Speedeering? What kinda of a word is that?”

Mandin used “speedering” first, but then he calls Nahim out on the word when he uses it.
